3 FRIDAY, MAY 22, NATIONAL SPECIALTY TROPHY DONATIONS Page 3 CHALLENGE TROPHIES: THE VIKINGSHOLM TROPHY The Vikingsholm Trophy was established in 2004 as a tribute to the Neapolitan Mastiff by Dr.Theo Kjellstrom. This wonderful sterling silver bowl challenge trophy is to be awarded to the Puppy from the regular classes at the National Specialty. A representative award will be given to the winner to commemorate the achievement. The Vikingsholm Trophy is maintained by the USNMC and will be awarded for permanent possession after three wins of Puppy at the National Specialty by the same owner, but not necessarily by the same dog. THE ELVIS TROPHY The Elvis Trophy, named after the first Rescue dog placed under the USNMC Rescue Program was established in 2005 and is to be awarded to the Best of Opposite at the National Specialty. A representative award will be given to the owner to commemorate the achievement. The Elvis Trophy will be awarded through the USNMC for permanent possession to the owner after three wins of BOS by the same owner, but not necessarily by the same dog
