Obedience Trial Classes Qualifying Score Required for all prizes "Dog" means either sex Bitches in season are not permitted to compete in obedience trials. The Club will refund all but $10 of each entry fee for bitches unable to compete for that reason upon presentation of a note from a veterinarian stating that the bitch is in season. All notes must be signed, dated, on official business letterhead and presented to the Show Superintendent no later than one half hour prior to the state of the first class in the trial. A Dark Green Qualifying Score Ribbon will be awarded to each dog receiving a qualifying score. Special prizes will be awarded at the end of the trial. It is necessary for winners to be present to receive their prize or to appoint an agent to receive it if they can not be present. Exhibitors who are eligible for a prize will forfeit the prize if the exhibitor or an agent is not present to receive it. In no case will trophies be mailed. In case of ties for any prizes other than those listed under individual classes, a run-off judge will be appointed. 6 JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP COMPETITION AKC Junior Handler Numbers are now required for entry in Junior Showmanship Competition. OPEN SENIOR CLASS: For Boys and Girls who are least 15 years old and under 18 years old on the day of the show and who, at the time entries close, have won three First Places, with competition present, in a Novice Showmanship Class at a licensed or member show. MASTER CLASS: This Class will be for boys and girls who are at least 9 years old and under 18 years on the day of the show, and who have won the 10 Best Junior wins with competition. The calendar for this class will consistent with the eligibility dates for the AKC National Championship. All Juniors meeting the criteria for this class are required to entry the Master Class and may change their entry the day of the show if entries have already closed. Once the eligibility time frame for that year has passed all participants return to the Open Class to complete for the following year. Competition must exist for Best Junior Handler. Canine Courtesy All dogs shall be kept under control at all times. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for picking up after the animals in your care. Please exercise dogs in designated areas only. Sanitary conditions will be observed in all show, hall, grounds & parking areas. Any violation of these regulations will be severely dealt with. 7

Private Exercise Pens will NOT be permitted in the building. All trash and litter must be placed in containers provided. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I( (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of a breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the particular variety you are entering, i.e., Cocker Spaniels (Black, ASCOB, Parti-color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in.; over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (Longhaired, Smooth, Wirehaired), Bull Terriers (Colored, White), Manchester Terriers (Standard, Toy), Chihuahuas (Smooth Coat, Long Coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (Toy, Miniature, Standard), Collies (Rough, Smooth). 2. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed Competition: Dogs that are Champions of Record and dogs which, according to their owner's records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is Limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Dog Show Class) Consult the classification in this premium list, if the dog show class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for a show closed. Cross over Quaker Bridge Road and go to next traffic light (road makes a T) and make a left onto Edinburg Road (Route 535). The name of the road changes to Old Trenton Road. Continue for about 2 miles with Mercer County Park ENTRANCE on the left. From North Via U.S. 1: Take US 1 South of Princeton to Rt. 533, Quaker Bridge Road. Bear Right off US 1 onto jughandle to cross over US 1 onto Rt. 533, Quaker Bridge Road. Go to the 6th traffic light and turn left onto Hughes Drive. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Route 535, Edinburg Road. Travel 2 miles to Mercer County Park. From South Via U.S. Route 1: Cross toll bridge into New Jersey. NO REFUND FOR DUPLICATE ENTRIES. We will make every effort to find all duplicate entries, but if a dog has been processed, no refund will be made. CONSULT JUDGING PROGRAM FOR TIME OF JUDGING. DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging will be excused. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show-giving club and the superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring. CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that class is over, and the Show Superintendent to be advised at once. The Show Superintendent and Show-giving Club may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the class is over. Effective May 1, 2006 an administrative fee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of entries.
