Contributions for publication and advertisements are welcome. Advertising rates are $15.00 per half page and $25.00 per whole page. All submissions for publication are to be mailed or ed to the editor by the 20th of each month. Subscription rate for nonmembers is $15.00 per year and does not include voting privileges. All subscription requests can be mailed to the editor along with a check made payable to RCLRC. The editor and all club members shall refrain from editorial comments pertaining to other members without prior written approval from the Board of Directors. All brags are to be current within 90 days of the event and must be submitted by the 20th of the month.
