6 Overnight Parking Overnight Parking on the event grounds by Reservation Only. A limited number of RVs will be permitted to park on the event grounds Friday evening. Reservations must be made with Lori Carver (see below) You will receive a parking permit that must be displayed. Parking will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. ALL PARKING ON THE SITE WILL BE DIRECTED. There will be no saving spaces for others. All units must be self-contained. No discharge of any kind will be permitted. No Electric Hookups. 7 NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS CONSULT JUDGING PROGRAM FOR TIME OF JUDGING. DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging will be excused. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are respon-sible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show-giving club and the superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring. CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent to be advised at once. The Superintendent and Show-giving Club may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over. THE SHOW COMMITTEE/SECRETARY will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show. THE PIONEER VALLEY KENNEL CLUB, its members, directors, officers, agents, secretary's, and the employees of the said Kennel Club and/or its secretary's will not be liable for any loss or injury which may be sustained through the disappearance, loss, theft, injury and/or death of dogs entered in the said show whether said disappearance, loss, theft, injury and/or death is or are caused by the negligence or carelessness of said Kennel Club, its members, directors, officers, agents, superintendent and/or superintendents and/or the employees of the said Kennel Club and/or employees of its superintendent and/or superintendents or by the negligence of any other person or by any other cause. SURRENDER OF IDENTIFICATION CARD must be made to the check clerk for removing dogs from the show, if requested. An administrative fee of $2.00 Will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of entries. Refund and Cash award checks are void after 180 days and will NOT be re-issued.
