Once you choose a puppy it s removed from the AVAILABLE list and buyers may not choose this pup. Valuable time is lost in advertising and expenses incurred in food, shots and housing as a new buyer is located. If you change pups, one replaces another so deposit changes to another pup, and all stays even. Please make certain you are sure before placing a deposit on a pup! It is clearly stated that refunds are nonrefundable, we will move a deposit to another littler or puppy. Buyer has one year to use the initial deposit. If the new puppy selected is under eight weeks of age, puppy will be held until it is eight weeks old without further funds from buyer. Once new puppy selected reaches eight weeks of age or if new puppy selected is already eight weeks of age, buyer has 48 hours to submit payment in full and arrange transport. Full contract will then be enforced and payment of full balance including transport fee is due before puppy leaves for delivery to buyer. 1

This puppy/dog is of typical temperament and structure, and embodies the basic standards of the Cane Corso breed. The pedigree furnished is correct. The puppy/dog is: registered: X AKC. The registered name is / will be To Be Determined by Storm Front. The kennel prefix Storm Front must be used as the first word of the registered name. Storm Front s kennel prefix must be used to identify the above dog or puppy in any advertisement, show arena or public event when puppy/dog is pictured or discussed with intent to market or advertise tangible or intangible goods or the breed itself. AKC Litter Registration has been completed, individual puppy registration papers will be forwarded by the AKC. The registration is full and pup will be Co-Owned by Storm Front Cane Corso. 2

3 The purchase price of this puppy/dog will be refunded if the Buyer furnishes the Breeder with a veterinary certificate indicating that the puppy/dog is unwell or unsound, and returns the puppy/dog to the Breeder within 72 hrs of delivery. No veterinary or shipping costs will be reimbursed by the Breeder. Initials: Date: Storm Front s primary goal is to breed a healthy, stable and confident Cane Corso but does acknowledge that certain health issues are possible within the Cane Corso breed. Breeder agrees to offer a 2-year Health Warranty for the following conditions: Hip or Elbow Dysplasia (non-injury related), Cancer of any type, Epilepsy or Congenital Heart Conditions. Puppy/Dog is warranted for 2yrs against overly aggressive or overly fearful behavior providing proof of two levels of obedience training or proof of equivalent socialization is completed prior to the age of 12mos old. Cherry Eye, Entropion and Ectropion are common conditions with all Mollosser breeds and are not covered by our guarantee. Conditions not listed above will be discussed and determined between Breeder and Buyer. Warranty is only for a replacement puppy or refund of purchase price and will be determined on a case by case basis by the Breeder. Breeder is not responsible for any costs incurred to diagnose or treat conditions listed above. Initials: Date: The puppy/dog s sire and dam are both certified as having fair or better hip scores. The puppy/dog is expected to be free of hereditary crippling hip dysplasia, however, no guarantee of such is or can be made, or intended herein. If puppy does not receive fair or better scores through OFA or Pennhip at two years of age, puppy is considered dysplastic and will be replaced. Initials: Date: The puppy/dog is healthy at the time of sale and has had the immunizations enumerated in the attached health record. Breeder strongly advises Buyer to limit certain physical behaviors of purchased puppy until 10 months of age. They are as follows: excessive jogging, jumping down from a height of more than 18 inches, any physical activity that could damage developing skeletal structure. If at any time the Buyer is unable to keep or care for the puppy/dog, Breeder must be notified prior to rehoming the puppy/ dog. Breeder reserves the option of requiring puppy/dog to be returned to Breeder or giving written approval to Buyer to rehome puppy/dog to an approved home, with first right to rehome being given to Breeder. The puppy/dog may not be transferred or sold by the Buyer without prior written authorization and approval of new Buyer 3

4 from the Breeder. The Buyer s understanding and acceptance of this condition is signified here by his/her Initials: Date: Breeder agrees that this puppy will be possessing necessary traits to be successful in a performance environment. If puppy does not show desired traits by 26 months old, Breeder agrees to replace puppy with an appropriate comparable puppy from Breeder s next litter. Breeder reserves the right to offer training prior to replacing puppy. Initials: Date: Breeder agrees to provide advice and information on working, showing and grooming to the best of her ability, to help the Buyer of a show or performance potential puppy/dog to present the puppy/dog to its best potential. If the Breeder determines by any means that the puppy/dog is not being suitably cared for, that it has been mentally or physically mistreated, or that the Buyers family or the general public is at risk due to the mental state of the animal; Breeder has the right to take full possession of the dog and its properly signed AKC transfer papers/ registration, without compensation. An unfit environment for the puppy/dog will be determined by Breeder s interpretations of the laws of the County the puppy/dog is residing in as well as the body of Storm Front s Puppy Contract. Buyer will be given 30-days by Certified Mail to provide Breeder of Veterinary documentation to dispute Breeder s claims. Buyer will also be able to provide training completion records in the event a temperament issue is the cause of the safety concern. After which puppy will become property of Storm Front Cane Corso. Under such circumstances, all warranties are then VOID. No other opinion supersedes that of the Breeder(s) (Michelle Jackson and or Terry Hart) Buyer acknowledges that he/she is purchasing a Cane Corso from Storm Front Cane Corso. Buyer acknowledges that he/ she has researched the Cane Corso breed and is aware that the Cane Corso is a defensive, dominant breed that requires lots of socialization and obedience training to become a happy, wellbehaved family member. Buyer agrees not to hold Breeder responsible for any liability or cost incurred due to damages property or physical caused by his/her Cane Corso Initials: Date: Buyer agrees that if at any time, and for any reason, he/she is unable to keep or properly care for the puppy/dog, it shall be returned to the Breeder and to no one 4

The Buyer s understanding and acceptance of this condition is signified here by his/her Buyer acknowledges that the purchase of a Storm Front Cane Corso is a lifelong relationship with Breeder and agrees to do his/her part to ensure that his/her puppy becomes a positive addition to the Corso community by keeping puppy healthy and heartworm free, socializing puppy and not allowing puppy to free roam Buyer agrees to maintain the puppy/dog s health with monthly heartworm prevention and yearly vaccinations as specified by their veterinarian. Should the puppy/dog become ill or unsound, all costs of treatment will be the responsibility of the Buyer. The Buyer agrees to keep the puppy/dog in appropriate lean weight so as to maximize the puppy/dog s soundness and longevity. The Buyer recognizes the need to feed a high quality dog food. recommends Purina One Sport 30/20 (No Puppy Food) Breeder The Buyer agrees to SOCIALIZE, train and keep the puppy/dog in a manner acceptable to the Breeder. Initials: Date: Buyer agrees not to allow puppy/dog to be used in any illegal activates or in any breeding to dogs of another type of breed or to Cane Corso of inferior quality. The Buyer agrees to allow the Breeder access to the puppy/dog and to the premises where it is kept within 24hrs of verbal or written request, to evaluate the conditions therein. Buyer of show/breeding puppies shall obtain OFA or Pennhip certification as soon as possible after the puppy/ dog reaches 24 months of age. This will help us to continue to provide the healthiest, happiest, and soundest pets possible and determine the success of past breedings. 5

6 Buyer agrees not to sue Breeder and to pay any and all court /attorney s fees incurred by the Breeder should any suit be brought against the Breeder in regard to this puppy/dog by any person. Buyer signifies acceptance of this condition by initialing here. Buyer acknowledges that special coat care, conditioning, training and feeding are necessary to produce a competitive (Breed) in conformation and performance events. This care and training is acknowledged by the Buyer to be his/her responsibility. Buyer agrees to protect puppy for the remainder of its life from mating with any other breed or mixed-breed other than a Cane Corso of equal health and appearance. If Buyer s Cane Corso should impregnate or become pregnant by any other breed, Buyer agrees to take whatever necessary means to ensure litter is aborted or euthanized at birth. If Buyer fails to adhere to this agreement, Buyer understands that Breeder will take necessary means to seize produced litter and Buyer will immediately forfeit the Cane Corso purchased from Storm Front and any mixed breed offspring whelped or sired by the Storm Front Dog. Buyer will be responsible for any legal fees incurred from the contract violating mating. Buyer agrees to make this male Cane Corso available to the Breeder for breeding at no cost once (1 breeding) after he has reached 18 months of age. Buyer agrees not to castrate this male puppy/dog without the prior written approval of Breeder, or prior to fulfilling breeding agreement with Breeder. Breeder shall remain coowner on registration papers until breeding takes place. After breeding and confirmed pregnancy, passing hip testing and championship in confirmation is obtained; full registration shall be signed over and breeder removed as co-owner. Should buyer relocate prior to Breeder obtaining breeding, Buyer agrees to be responsible for the cost of having semen collected at Breeder's Veterinarian prior to relocation. Buyer agrees that upon first breeding of this female Cane Corso, after 2 years of age Breeder shall select the second choice puppy from that breeding. That puppy shall be delivered to Breeder with full registration papers. Puppy shall have Storm Front Name. Buyer agrees not to spay this female puppy/dog without the prior written approval of Breeder, or prior to fulfilling breeding agreement with Breeder. 6

7 Breeder shall remain co-owner on registration papers until breeding takes place. After puppy delivery, passing hip testing and championship in confirmation is obtained; full registration shall be signed over and breeder removed as co-owner. Should buyer relocate prior to Breeder obtaining breeding, Buyer agrees to be responsible for the cost of having semen collected at Breeder's Veterinarian prior to relocation. Breeder shall assist buyer on quality, compatibility and matching pedigree of potential breeding partners for mating. This would be for research purposes only. The pup being purchased is of very high quality and from some of the best bloodlines and should only be bred with partners that meet those high standards. Breeder shall assist in evaluating any partners that wish to breed to pup purchased. Buyer shall notify Breeder of any change of address. No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made under this contract except as stated above.
