Must be over 5years of age. If not entered in competition they must be entered as Exhibition only. Mystery prize for the winner. Entry Fees This is an 18 Ring Show 1 day 50 for 1 st cat, 45 for each additional cat 2 day 95 for 1 st cat 80 for each additional cat 3 day 120 for 1st cat 95 for each additional cat Hire of metal pen [necessary if you do not have your own pen] 10 for the duration of the show. 1 day 6 Grooming spaces 10 for the duration of the show [if space permits] Exhibition Pen 25 max 2 cats or 3 kittens or 1cat & 2 kittens Substitution of a previously entered cat will only be allowed before the closing date. 3 By entering the show you are contracting to make payment of ALL entry fees, this includes any Placeholders. Tardy Turtle 10 This will be added to entry fee if payment is not received within 72hours via Paypal or Bank Transfer. CATS CANNOT BE SUBSTITUTED OR ENTERED FOR AN ADDITIONAL DAY AFTER THE CLOSE OF ENTRY. No entry fee or related charge will be returned except for the failure on the part of the sponsoring club to hold the show as advertised Closing Date.27th November or when hall capacity is reached [200 cats] FRIDAY EVENING LIMITED TO 120 CATS ONLY SATURDAY NIGHT BANQUET/PARTY [limited availability] The cost of this will be 25 per person. Menu. Carrot & Coriander Soup Turkey & Roast Ham, a selection of vegetables to include sprouts and parsnips Stuffing & Gravy Vegetarian option available but must be ordered in advance. Trifle Disco and other entertainment [subject to availability] Exhibitors often wear fancy dress [most definitely not compulsory!] This year the theme is Christmas. Payment for the dinner can be made at a later date but if you want to join us please reserve your place. Official Show Times Hall will open for exhibitors at 2:30pm Friday, 7:45am Saturday and 8am Sunday Judging will start at 4:00 Friday and 9 am Saturday & Sunday The show will close at 5:30 pm on Saturday and 5 pm Sunday Stall holders can have hall access from 11;30 am

4 KITTENS Kittens entered in the show must be at least 4 calendar months, but less than 8 months, on the day of the show. Altered kittens are eligible for entry. HHPs HHPs over 8 months of age must be spayed or neutered. HHPs are judged in all rings. In order to claim titles, regional and international awards, they must be registered with TICA. If you are unsure of your cat s colour or division, please send a colour photo of your cat along with your entry. Your photo will be returned. REGISTRATION With the exception of ANBs, PNBs and New Traits, registration with TICA is not necessary for a cat s first show, but is required for confirmation of titles and scoring for TICA Regional and International awards SHOW RULES TICA Show Rules will be strictly enforced. By entering all exhibitors agree to abide by the decision of judges and the show committee. Official show rules can be obtained for $7 from TICA, PO BOX 2684, Harlingen TX or from CATERING The show hall has a bar and canteen with hot and cold food available. Friday evening the following hot food will be available:- Steak or Chicken & Mushroom Pie Fried Fish Sausage All with or without chips BENCHING. The club will provide double space [2ft x 4ft] 2 cats from the same household may share unless separate pens are specified with entry which will incur an extra fee. Benching will be traditional rows requests for benching preferences should be submitted with entry. Exhibitors may provide a suitable pen (such as a sturdi pen). Please indicate this on the entry form. Selling of any kind is not permitted from the benching area. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS By TICA rules, this is a vetted show. Cats showing signs of illness will be removed from the show hall. Vaccinations for Feline Enteritis and Cat Flu should be up to date and certificates must be produced at check in. Cats from a household where there has been an infectious disease or fungal infection within 21 days of the first day of the

5 show are ineligible for entry. Any cat pregnant or lactating will be disqualified. All claws front and back must be clipped. TRAVEL FROM EUROPE/USA Nearest airport is Birmingham. The nearest airport operating the PETS system is London Heathrow. The club unfortunately cannot offer transport. The journey time from the Channel Ports is between 4-5hrs depending on traffic via M20 /M25/M40 or M1 SHOW PHOTOGRAPER We are delighted to have the services of Kathrin Schier who will be available to take your cats photographs on Saturday & Sunday SPONSORSHIP If you would like to support the club Ring Sponsorship is available for 30 per ring.
