In order to reduce entry errors, be fair to all exhibitors and have a well-organized show, CORBA will strictly follow the entry deadlines and rules outlined in this catalog. Rabbit Registration Registrar (afternoon): Carey Silbaugh Please bring the pedigree, valid ARBA membership card and fee of $6 per rabbit. The registrar will be available Sat., Sept. 17, 2011 from 1:00 4:00 pm only. Sign up early at the registrar s table to reserve your spot.

5 SHOW INFORMATION Table Help Ramrods Needed! In order for the shows to start on time and run smoothly, we need your help!! Please indicate on your entry form if you are willing to ramrod for us. Food There will be coffee, donuts and other food items available. Subway has been a loyal sponsor of our show since its inception, providing lunch to our judges at no cost to the club. It is located only 1½ miles away at 2209 S. Hwy. 97 in Redmond. Lodging Motel 6 in Redmond is very reasonable and you save 10% off your room if you book online! Comfort Suites of Redmond is the nearest hotel located at 2243 SW Yew Ave., Redmond, OR (phone: ). Raffle Buy your tickets early the day of the show for our raffle. Raffle drawings will be held on Saturday at the lunch break. Winners names will be drawn and the winning ticket must be turned in to claim prize. Donations are gladly accepted and help us to defray our show expenses. Please bring any donations to the show and thank you! Rabbits and cavies will be accepted however, CORBA reserves the right to approve of the animal(s) first. Owners must provide pedigree and animals must be healthy and have no disqualifications or major faults. Donated animals must be less than 2 years of age. If no bids are made, the owner must take the animal back at the conclusion of the raffle. Supply Vendor Quality Cage Company will be set up in the showroom with rabbit and cavy supplies and equipment for sale. Directions The Deschutes County Fair Expo Center is a 132-acre site located in Redmond, Oregon. It is placed strategically at the hub of the tri-county area (Deschutes, Jefferson, and Crook Counties) together known as Central Oregon. It is 15 minutes from Bend, the largest city, 20 minutes from Prineville, 20 minutes from Sisters, 25 minutes from Madras, and five minutes from the Redmond Airport. Overnighting Rabbits at Showroom Rabbits may be brought to the showroom on Friday evening between 5:00-9:00 p.m. The building will be locked through the night and opened at 7:00 a.m. on Sat., Sept. 17, RV & Tent Camping Information RV space and tent camping at fairgrounds available.
