3 13 th Annual Poultry Show Show Rules 1. We will not be responsible for any loss or accidents to Exhibits or Exhibitors 2. Pre-entries close 10/1/2012. Late entries accepted until 10/8/12 with fees. 3. Entry fees: $3.00 single; $4.00 double coops (males only). Late entry fee: $4.00 single; $5.00 double coops (males only). Discount of $.50/bird with more than 14 entries. 4. Youth entry fees: $2.50 single, $3.00 late entry fee. 5. NYS requires us to have a copy of current US Pullorum-Typhoid Certificate with entry. 6. Coop in times: Saturday 1:00 PM 3:00 PM (optional) Sunday 7:00AM 9:00 AM Judging will start at 9:30AM Sunday 7. Coop out time: immediately following Sunday awards. PLEASE HONOR. 8.
