THE ASSOCIATION WOULD LIKE TO RECORD THEIR THANKS AND APPRECIATION TO ALL DONORS OF SPECIALS FULL PRIZE MONEY GUARANTEED ENTRIES CLOSE Monday 1st MAY 2017 (NO LATE ENTRIES PLEASE ENTER EARLY) PIGEONS FED BY FOOD KINDLY SUPPLIED BY WALTER BAILEY, PAR, LTD., STOCKISTS OF A WIDE RANGE OF PIGEON PRODUCTS. PLEASE NOTE Exhibitors bringing their exhibits by road on the morning of the first day of the Show may enter the Showground with their vehicle on payment of a deposit of 30; this sum is returnable in full providing the vehicle leaves the Showground before 9.00am RULES Judging will commence at 9.30am on the first day of the Show, birds not penned by 9.00am will be too late for judging; entries for One Day Show may be penned from 6.00pm on Friday evening or Saturday morning up to 9.00am. No exhibit shall be removed from its pen after judging has been completed except in an emergency. Pens may be wired when judging is completed. EXHIBITS FOR THE TWO DAY SHOW WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE PENS UNTIL 5.30pm ON THE SECOND DAY AND EXHIBITS FOR THE ONE DAY SHOW WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE PENS UNTIL THE PIGEON SECTION CLOSES AT 5.00pm ENTRIES ARE ONLY ACCEPTED ON THIS UNDERSTANDING. Exhibits may only be penned and unpenned in the presence of a steward. Pigeons entered in both Shows must be sent with both class and pen numbers on basket compartment; exhibits for One Day Show to be entered on the One Day entry form. Any protest must be in writing and accompanied by a deposit of 5 delivered to the Secretary before 2.00pm on the day of judging. All exhibitors/entrants are advised to cleanse and disinfect the show pens, crates or baskets before the event and to cleanse and disinfect on return to the home premises and before they are used to hold any other bird. All exhibits will be in the care of experienced fanciers but no responsibility will be accepted for loss or damage; entries are only accepted on this understanding. ENTRIES CLOSE Monday 1 st May 2017
