3 About Us We thought you d like to know a little about Strasser Woodenworks before we delve into all the great products and choices we offer. We re proud of our company and its ethos. There s a reason we ve been able to create and sell our products year after year since Strasser Woodenworks is proud to craft our Bathroom Vanities, Furniture and Accessories in the USA. Our facilities are in Woodinville, Washington, just a few miles north of Seattle. Our workforce takes great pride in crafting beautiful and elegant furniture in a clean facility that meets or exceeds all Federal and Washington State EPA guidelines. We re proud to support our employees, their families and the economy of our community. As a lean manufacturer we do not have lots of stock sitting around gathering dust. We don t make anything until we receive an order. This assures that your order is made for you and all pieces are finished at the same time for uniform color and quality. Our process is the next thing to custom. You have lots of choices and we can address a lot of special requests. Most importantly, we don t run out of stock and never have to wait for a container from China to fill your order. Maybe most importantly, our customer service is top notch and is committed to answering your questions fully and solving any problems. They are right here in the facility and can chat with our production staff directly and get back to you with a real answer to your question. While we use only the highest quality materials, hardware and supplies; we source as much as we can from as close by as we can. We do need to import some components like our European hinges but if we can get it from U.S. sources, we will. That s just a little of what we thought you might like to know. 1
