2 GENERAL INFORMATION LOCATION: Please review this document for location of consignors ranches and contact information should you have questions. SALE SCHEDULE: ** Sale preview at the ranches by appointment May 1-10, ** Online sale May 11 & 12, ** Pickup dates at the ranches will be May 13-20, Please call for appointment. TERMS: Cash, check or credit card. All animals are at the purchaser s risk as soon as sold. A 20% surcharge will be assessed to any insufficient funds check issued. Institutions may pay by requisition. Credit card payments will have a 3% surcharge added to the total purchase price. All buyer numbers must be in the name of the person that the animal is to be transferred to. REGISTRATION & HEALTH: All animals except those sold as unregistered or commercial are registered. Registration papers will be given to the buyer at time of pickup. It is recommended that prospective buyers contact their state animal health department for further information and requirements for entrance to their state before the sale. Buyers will be responsible for the cost of needed health papers. SALE GUARANTEE: Except for those stated in the below guarantee, there are no warranties, either expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for the particular purpose with respect to the sheep being sold in this sale. The warranties and guarantees set forth in the agreement below guarantee in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied, and the remedies provided therein shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of the buyer, or any party claiming through the buyer, for any breach of warranty or guarantee therein provide, and all obligation or liabilities. 1-Every ram or ewe sold will be guaranteed as a breeder if properly handled. It shall be the responsibility of the buyer to return the nonbreeder to the seller in acceptable breeding condition. The seller, shall have the privilege of replacing the ram or ewe with one of equal value to the satisfaction of the seller, or refunding the purchase price. This guarantee shall not apply the first year to any sheep that are shown subsequent to the date of the sale. All sheep under one year of age are exempt from the breeding guarantee the first year. 2-This guarantee shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller only, and no other parties assume any liability, legal or otherwise, expressed or implied. SHEEP DELIVERY: Buyers will be responsible for arranging for pickup or delivery of the sheep they purchase and the cost of transportation. Rd. 27, Orland, CA (530) / (530) wespatton@glennlandfarm.com - Glenn Land Dorpers began in 2000 with a few White Dorper x St. Croix ewes and expanded to a flock of 400 Purebred White Dorper ewes whose offspring have found numerous markets throughout the country. As a result of elevating irrigation water cost and reduction in acreage devoted to livestock, we have reduced our breeding ewe flock to 150 head and kept the very best. Consequently we will continue to bring high quality White Dorpers and Dorpers to the venues we have been attending in recent years. The market lambs finish on irrigated pasture and are purchased for farmer s markets, upscale restaurants and ethnic consumers. The breeding ewes and rams are sold at the ranch and online production sales. Many of the sheep sold at the ranch are purchased by buyers in the Midwest and even the East Coast. We strive to produce sheep that work hard, so you don t have to. In addition to the White Dorper flock, we have recently started a small flock of Dorpers in order to satisfy the needs of more of the prospective buyers that contact us. We believe there are many advantages to the Dorper breed and are very excited about the future. Our goal is to raise sheep that will thrive in any condition, that are easy keeping and hang a desirable carcass, while maintaining eye appeal and structural correctness. 7

We are located in Northern California in Fairfield along Interstate 80, 60 miles east of San Francisco and 60 miles west of Sacramento. We are very excited about our White Dorpers. They are very adaptable and thrive on eating many varieties of different vegetation. They are hardy, muscular in size and very attuned to people and easy to work with. The fast growth rate is huge. Our ranch consists of acres of cross fenced lush irrigated pasture. We strive to keep the quality of our breed at the highest level to maintain customer confidence and demand. Our flock is marketed for meat, breeding and show stock. 8
