3 Guarantee: Ewes and Does will be in good physical condition when sold, therefore, no adjustments will be made on ewes or does that die. Any adjustments to be made to sheep or goats failing to birth shall be made between the buyer and seller. The WV Purebred Sheep Breeder s Association, its officers, nor its members of the show and sale committee, assume any liability, legal or otherwise, except to help in any way possible to make adjustments should such become necessary. Terms will be cash or acceptable check unless prior arrangements are made with sale committee. No sheep or goats will be loaded without check out from sale personnel. All animals are at Seller s risk until sold and will be at Buyer s risk as soon as sold. All sheep certified by the Sale Committee and Sifting Committee must be offered for sale. Upon arrival all sheep and goats will be inspected for soundness and checked for foot rot and sore mouth. West Virginia Honor Flock Certificate or Health Papers from a veterinarian required. Certificate of Veterinarian Inspection can be provided if needed. All sheep and goats consigned to the sale must be tagged with an official federal Scrapie Numbered Tag, or Official Scrapie I.D. The Sifting Committee of the sale will examine all females upon arrival for soundness, teeth, udder or ANY OTHER ISSUES. Problems found in any of these categories or other must be announced on sale day as animals are in the ring. Sifting Committee may refuse animals not deemed fit for sell. Exposed or Short Bred ewes CAN be offered. Consignments must be postmarked by October 1, 2016 Pictures, birthdates, exposed dates and other sale information can be sent in for electronic publication with consignment forms. Check-in times will be Friday, October 28, 2016 between the hours of 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM & Saturday, October 29, 2016 between the hours of 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
