9 Focus Area 1: Awareness and Behavioural Change 1. Create an open source repository of One Health resources on AMR communications and behaviour change 2. Assess core needs towards establishing a One Health approach to AMR awareness and behaviour in a series of regional workshops to share tools, lessons learned and establish key Tripartite+ priorities 3. Develop analysis and feasibility report with recommendations on how to optimize knowledge across human, animal, plant and environment sectors to synergize stakeholder assessment tools 4. Communication resources with campaign guidance for resource-limited countries to be developed by piloting end to end implementation of Tripartite plus strategic communications planning, including World Antibiotic Awareness Week campaigns in selected countries World Organisation for Animal Health Protecting animals, Preserving our future 9

10 Focus Area 2: Surveillance and Monitoring of AMR and AMU 1. Tripartite plus harmonized set of guidance to foster surveillance capacities on AMR and AMU/AMC and Antimicrobial production monitoring are developed and strengthened 2. A study to assess the feasibility of systems to monitor antimicrobial production is conducted and piloted in five countries 3. National data on AMR and AMU/AMC from the human, animal, plant, food and environment sectors in a selected number of countries are generated and made available 4. Data on AMR in the human, animal, plant, food and environment sectors is compiled into the Tripartite Integrated Surveillance System platform for AMR/AMU (TISSA) platform 5. 11 Focus Area 3: Fostering Research and Development, Access and Stewardship 1. The Tripartite Global Development and Stewardship Framework to combat AMR 2. The Tripartite Advisory Group on Inter-sectoral Support on AMR (T plus-agisar) is established 3. Guidance for maintaining the efficacy of critically important antimicrobials for humans, animals and plants is developed and available to all countries 4. 12 Focus Area 4: Implementation of National Action Plans 1. In-country support to implementation of multisectoral National Action Plans in priority countries 2. Evidence and tools to support to the implementation and evaluation of multisectoral National Action Plans. 3. Assessment of the economic benefits of reducing AMR 4.
