3 NOTICE VENDORS & PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS Vendors to supply own straw for pens. STRICTLY NO SHAVINGS/SAWDUST. All Ewes are guaranteed as to Age, Tooth & Udder. Purchasers must inform the Auctioneers of any discrepancy or inaccuracy by 10am on Wednesday, 1 st February 2017 and the vendor is responsible for any breach of warranty under the National Conditions of Sale. The Auctioneers ruling shall be final and binding upon both vendor and purchaser. Please note the catalogue is a guide. Correct ages will be announced at time of sale if different. Sale conducted in Guineas (105 pence). Sheep sold per head not per lot. National Conditions of sale apply. No sheep to be removed unless relevant documentation i.e. licence and invoice have been collected from the sale office and shown to the security staff on duty.
