2 CONDITIONS OF SALE Class 1 Dogs, trained or part trained to be demonstrated. Class 2 Dogs young and untrained. Class 3 Puppies ENTRY FEE: exclusive of VAT (non-returnable) No entry will be accepted unless accompanied by the entry fee. COMMISSION: Vendors will be charged 5% commission all lots. All dogs shall be warranted sound and good for work and of sound vision. Dogs shall be safe with children. If a dog injures a sheep in the trial the owner of the dog will be responsible for recompense to the owner of the sheep. Any dog in the trial that is not under control or is gripping sheep shall be stopped at the discretion of the stewards. Any dog handled in a language that is not English shall be declared. No warranty is given that any dog will work in any particular manner for the purchaser. The dogs purchased must be paid for on the fall of the hammer and before they are handed over by the vendor. In the event of any query or dispute the decision of the Auctioneer shall be final and binding on both vendor and purchaser. The right is reserved to limit entries in each Class on a first come first served basis. Entries may be restricted at the discretion of the organisers. Please enter on the day information DIRECTIONS TO THE SALE The NSA Sheep South West event is located in close proximity to Junction 27 of M5 Motorway approximately 15 miles North of Exeter- From the North & South using the M5 - Exit the M5 at Junction 27 and follow directions West onto the A361 (North Devon Link Road) signposted for Tiverton. After just 1/3 mile take the first exit signposted to Sampford Peverell, at the roundabout take the second exit signposted for Westleigh and follow NSA signs to the event just a few hundred yards from this point. From North Devon travelling on the A361 (North Devon Link Road)- Travel to the end of the Link Road at Junction 27 and go right round the roundabout taking the fourth exit back onto the Link Road West bound. After just 1/3 mile take the first exit signposted to Sampford Peverell, at the roundabout take the second exit signposted for Westleigh and follow NSA signs to the event just a few hundred yards from this point.
