2 Come join us for a fun event! ARBA sanctioned Youth breed show Youth showmanship Costume contest Saturday, March 11 th. At 9 AM. To be held at the Loleta Fireman s Pavilion, Loleta, Ca. The building will be open Sat. March 11 th at 7:30. You may bring your animals in at that time. Place them anywhere in the building, being mindful to keep walking aisles clear. Please do not set up chairs in the showroom until all animals are in place Saturday morning so that there is room for all to set up cages. Please have your rabbits in place and entries paid by 8:30 A.M. on Saturday. This show will be held at the Loleta Fireman s Pavilion in conjunction with the Humboldt County Rabbit and Cavy Breeders Association open shows. You are responsible for getting your own animals to the judging tables as there will be no carriers. 3 ENTRY FEES: $3.00 for each rabbit entry. No entry fee for Youth showmanship or costume contest. MAKE ALL CHECKS PAYABLE TO: H.C.R.C.B.A. BY MAIL-POSTMARK DEADLINE Fri. March 3, ENTRIES ACCEPTED by Weds. March 8th. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY 8:30 am DAY OF SHOW. Make sure that your includes ALL information. 4 SHOW RULES Submission of an entry implies you have read and agree to the following rules. 1. This is an official ARBA show and will be governed by the latest show rules found in your yearbook. 2. Entry fees must accompany entry. Make checks payable to H.C.R.C.B.A. Entries must be postmarked by March 3 rd, Entries postmarked after this date will be charged an additional $1.50 per animal. (Please be prepared to pay it, or enter on time, thanks!) Changes must be made with the Secretary only. Ear number changes will only be allowed in the same breed, variety, class, and sex. Sex and class changes are considered a new entry and will be charged accordingly. No changes made after 8:30 A.M. on day of show. 3. Animals are entered at the sole risk of owners. The H.C.R.C.B.A or the Loleta Fireman s Pavilion will not be responsible for accidents, loss, or damage which may occur to the exhibitors or stock. Report any such loss or damage to the show Superintendant immediately. 4. All judges decisions and remarks are final. Redwood Coast Youth Rabbit Breeders reserves the right to substitute judges if necessary. 5. Any animal showing signs of disease or illness will not be permitted to remain in the showroom. 6. Judging will begin promptly at 9:00 am Saturday. You will be responsible for getting your animals to the judging tables. THE BREED WILL BE ANNOUNCED 3 TIMES ONLY. 7. No person will be permitted to stand behind the judging tables without the permission of the show Superintendent. 8. No breeding of animals in the showroom without permission of show Superintendent. 9. No dogs allowed except service animals with certification. 10. All rabbits will be judged in the class as written on the entry form. Please complete your entry form carefully and legibly. Additional entries may be sent using any standard form or paper. Please include your telephone number and so that we may contact you if we have a problem with your entry. 11. H.C.R.C.B.A and the Loleta Fireman s Pavilion will not be held responsible for damage by unsupervised children. Children must be supervised by parent, adult or guardian. 12. Space is limited please do not clog walkways with chairs, tables or other paraphernalia. You will be asked to remove them. This is a CARRYING CAGE show- please do not bring large cages. Hard bottom, leak-proof cages only, NO cardboard boxes. 14. California law prohibits smoking in any public building. Please observe all regulations. We thank you. 15. RELAX AND HAVE FUN!!!
