Thank you so much for entering our 2015 Obedience and Rally Trials. We hope you will enjoy the alternate location. Our goal is to provide an outstanding experience for you and your dog. New Exhibitors No matter what breed of dog you have, if you are a new exhibitor please stop by at the Secretary s Table to say hello. We would love to welcome you personally and we want to be sure that all of your questions are answered. Free Catalogs Each exhibitor gets one free catalog. Pick up your copy at your ring. Extras will be at the Secretary s table. Good Stuff We hope you will take advantage of our raffle and book sale. Bring a little extra cash along for tickets there are some great items! Harsh Corrections Prohibited Harsh corrections will not be tolerated at this trial. We expect handlers to prevent, rather than correct, unwanted behavior. Also, please be familiar with relevant AKC rules in advance. Put Your Dog s Needs First Please take advantage of our air conditioned facility and avoid leaving animals in autos. What do you think? 4 NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS The Greater St. Louis Training Club, Inc. and its members and the St. Louis County Parks Department assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. THE SHOW SITE will be available on Friday evening, from 7:00-8:00 p.m. The building will open at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Dogs must be removed from the show site immediately following the conclusion of judging on Sunday. No dogs are allowed in the building overnight. EXHIBITORS SHOULD FOLLOW THEIR VETERINARIAN S recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. CRATING IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY. Private exercise pens will not be allowed in the building. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the lobby, restrooms or concession area of the recreation complex. TRANSFERS WILL BE ALLOWED at this trial per AKC Regulations, provided that written notification is made to the trial secretary at least one-half hour prior to the start of the trial. Transfers will be added to the end of the running order of the class they move up to and every effort will be made to accommodate handlers with multiple dogs in the same class. DOGS NEED BE PRESENT ONLY AT THE SCHEDULED TIME OF JUDGING according to the judging program. Dogs will be excused unless needed for further competition. JUDGES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WAIT FOR DOGS. They will adhere as closely as possible to the judging schedule. County Ordinance prohibits smoking in the Recreation Complex. PLEASE HELP US RETAIN OUR MOTELS AND SHOW SITE BY CLEANING UP AFTER YOUR DOG. SHOW SITE ENTRANCES
