Dogs must be at least 6 months of age, registered with the AKC, have an Indefinite Listing Privilege/Purebred Alternative Listing (ILP/PAL.) or have conditional registration. The Northeast Border Terrier Club offers: an NBTC item to each Border Terrier qualifier in any regular class; and an NBTC item to any Border Terrier that completes a title. Friends of Norfolk Terriers offer: a Norfolk memento to all Norfolk terriers qualifying in any class. Just past the old golf course (now fields), look for silo on LEFT, cross bridge and turn LEFT on Old State Rd. Continue from the *below. From Rt 17-I 86 Exit 64 follow signs to Rt 96. Turn NORTH on Rt 96 to the junction with Rt. 38 (Traffic light). Straight onto Rt 38 N, 10 mi thru Newark Valley. From light go 1.5 mi, cross RR tracks and turn RIGHT on Old State Rd. Continue from the *below. *Turn LEFT at cross roads (before the row of greenhouses). Park in designated areas. Watch for signs.
