Telegraph, telephone, fax, , incomplete, unsigned entries cannot be accepted. Entries for Exhibition Only will not be accepted. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry. The Club will add a $25.00 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitor will result in the exhibitor s entries being accepted on a MONEY ORDER or CASH ONLY basis. Errors on Entry Blanks: Owners are responsible for errors in filling out entry forms. No entry fee will be refunded in case of any such errors after the closing date. Declination of entries: SBTC may decline any entries for cause and may refuse to receive or may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness, or other cause, and no one shall have recourse against SBTC, any official thereof, or any judge Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the Test/Trial Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the organizing committee, it is impossible to open or complete the test/trial, no refund of entry will be made. Extreme weather conditions, including, but not limited to, snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme temperatures, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, livestock, exhibitors, judges and spectators. The well-being of dogs, livestock, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance. In the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the test/trial before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. No refunds will be given for overpayment of fees if the error is $10.00 or less. will be used as the primary means of communication if an address is listed on the entry form unless entrant requests otherwise.

Every exhibitor will receive a copy of the catalog electronically ed prior to the trial. It will be the exhibitor s responsibility to have the catalog printed out if they would like a paper copy. Outrun Size: Outrun size is the minimum amount allowed. When not competing, dogs must be confined or held on leash and kept away from the livestock. The Sunshine Belgian Tervuren Club, Inc. and the owners of Ewe N Me Farm assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers or spectators, or by any of their dogs or property. Children must be kept under the control of their parents or guardians at all times and must be kept away from all farm equipment and livestock. No unauthorized persons or dogs allowed in barn or house. Wading pools will be available for your dogs. PLEASE NOTE: NO SMOKING ON THE GROUNDS AT ANY TIME! 5 All dogs competing must be at least 9 months of age. Alternates List: Entries received after the numerical limits have been reached but prior to closing will be placed on an alternates list. If you DO NOT wish to be on the alternates list, please enclose a signed statement to that effect with your entry. The alternates list will be used to fill vacancies in the drawn running order, with the first available alternate entry replacing the first vacancy in the class entered. Per Chapter 1, Section 13 of the Herding Regulations, In tests and for move-ups from a test class to a trial class, alternate entries shall be given priority over dogs that are eligible to be moved-up. Within the trial classes, requests to move-up shall be given priority over alternate entries. Alternates will be permitted to run if there is an absentee in an earlier class (provided the alternate s class has not begun) which was not filled on the same course, same type of livestock and under the same Judge, or if a dog has been marked absent with the Secretary prior to the beginning of the alternate s class. Bitches in season are permitted to run. They will be placed at the end of the running order in test classes and run in catalog order in trial classes. Clean up after your dog both inside and outside. 2. Bring a sheet to protect the bedspread. 3. Bring your own towels to dry or clean up after your dogs if needed. 4. Place plastic underneath dog crates to protect the carpet. 5. Keep all dogs left alone in the room crated. 6. Never wash your dog in the tub. 6 Directions to Ewe N Me Farm in Hilliard, FL From South of Jacksonville: take I 295 Northwest to ext.# 28B, US 1 North, toward Callahan and Hilliard. Stay on US 1through Callahan (11 miles from I 295.) **Continue on to Hilliard (10.8 miles from Callahan). Stay on US 1 through Hilliard, go 4.2 miles & you will pass the Agricultural Inspection/Weigh station in the median, get in left hand lane as you will go just 9/10th of a mile more. You will have gone down a small hill & be coming back up, see chain link fence paralleling road on your left just as you crest the hill, take the cut through to the left. See large silver mailbox post with on it. My gate is to the left, log home set well back from road through gate. (Do not go to the neighbor s white ranch house close to road that is to the right of my gate). You must open the chain link gate & please shut gate behind you. From South & West of Jacksonville: take 301 North under I 10 thru Baldwin. Go approx. 21 miles to Callahan. Turn left at light in Callahan onto US 1/ 301 North. See ** above. From the North via I 95: take ext. #3 Kingsland/ St. Mary s, GA. Rt. 40 West. bottom of ext. ramp get gas here, best prices once leaving GA.) Proceed 21.5 miles west to Folkston, GA. Come to stop next to Police station, go left and then right to get onto US 1/ 301 south (opposite the Sonic) It is 4 miles to the St. Mary s River, the border between GA. & FL. * Once you cross the river into FL., it is barely 2 miles to my driveway on the right. You will start up a hill and see the GREEN hwy. sign for the Agricultural Inspection/Weigh station. Pass 1 pair of mailboxes and see a 2nd. Pair appear against the WHITE sign for the Ag./Weigh station. Turn right at that 2nd. set of Mailboxes. See large silver mailbox post with on it my driveway and gate is to the left of the white ranch near the road. Please shut chain link gate behind you, see log home set well back from road. From the North via I 75: take ext.#62, Tifton, GA. Take Rt.82 E. approx. 75 miles to Waycross. In Waycross, turn right (south) onto US 1 to Folkston (approx. 35 miles). Continue South on US 1/ 301 to the Florida border (about 5 miles) and see * above. Motel Info: Both motels are 5 miles from the house, in Folkston, GA. on US 1. They are next to each other on the right with a family restaurant in between them when heading North. Relax Inn: , 1 level, usually less cost Western Motel: , 2 levels, more grass, usually more cost Folkston has a supermarket, McDonald s, Sonic, BK, DQ, Pizza place and a Deli.
