1 REGULATION Official Terms & Conditions of the PURINA ONE 28 Days Challenge. This activity is known as: PURINA ONE 28 Days Challenge and will be held in the following countries: Panama, Costa Rica and Jamaica. The sole and exclusive sponsor in each country will be, as applicable in accordance to the following list and will be known as THE SPONSOR: Panama Nestle Panama, S.A. Jamaica Nestle Panama, S.A. Costa Rica Nestle Costa Rica, S.A. Article 1. Challenge Procedures: The participants that reside in each of the countries and wish to participate in the PURINA ONE 28 Days Challenge should enter the web page where the participant shall sign in with the requested data, such as names and last names, address, and shall read and accept the terms and conditions. The participant may also join the Challenge by following the Facebook Fan Page facebook.com/purinaonejamaica, where an access for the web page will be published in order to enter the PURINA ONE Challenge. This Challenge is a support process in which, with the use of the PURINA ONE balanced feed, the participant will observe the results of a proper nutrition for your dog s health during 28 days, and will observe how, from week to week, the food works in its body in order to promote its welfare. The participants will be able to sign up only once. From week to week, the participant will receive an with relevant information concerning the impact of PURINA ONE on your dog s health in accordance with the stage of the Challenge. Every week, the participant shall upload a photo with the progress of his/her dog. The people who enroll their dog in the PURINA ONE 28 Days Challenge will see how their dog progresses during the following days: At the beginning Day 1: You will notice its hunger; your dog will eat enthusiastically, enjoying the delicious flavors of PURINA ONE. Week 1 Day 7: You will notice its high energy and vitality level; you may notice that the level of energy and vitality of your dog is high and thanks to the high quality, complete and balanced nutrition of the food. Week 2 Day 14: Healthy digestion. You should notice that your dog s feces are small and solid, thanks to the high digestibility of the product that promotes the high absorption of nutrients. Week 3 Day 21: You will notice its healthy skin, coat and bright eyes thanks to the sources of omega 3 & 6, fatty acids, vitamins and essential minerals contained in the food. Week 4 Day 28: Strong teeth, fresh breath and healthy gums. The mechanic effect made when chewing the crispy croquettes helps the process of reducing plaque and tartar, developing clean teeth and a fresh breath.

2 The requirements for the photos are the following: a) They must be in JPG or PNG format with a minimum weight of 3 MB. b) The photos should be clearly visible in order to be able to appreciate the benefits of the product, and it needs to be a photo that fits within the days since the initial feeding of the dog with PURINA ONE according to the phase. c) The dog needs to wear its collar. d) Any photo or any violent, negative, offensive or discriminatory comment will not be adopted nor considered, and will be removed. The photographs with the following features will be disqualified: a) That show or communicate a different product from PURINA ONE. b) That show any means of violence or insults in general. c) That show aggression against people or pets. d) That are defamatory or offensive. e) That show content that is contrary to the law, to ethics and to good habits, at the sole discretion of THE SPONSOR. f) The images should not be offensive to other people, public figures, institutions, enterprises or brands, and should not contain words or images that may be offensive to people and the brand due to the way they are presented. Article 2. Authorization for the use of images. To be part of this challenge every participant expressly authorizes the use of their image and the photo of the pet in order to be posted on the web page of Facebook or Instagram. Those who participate in the challenge allow the use of the photo by means of an express acceptance. Article 3. Duration of the challenge. This challenge shall begin on January 1, 2017 and will end on December 31, Article 4. Participant Products. Recognition for participating in the Challenge: Every participant that complies with this Regulation and completes the PURINA ONE 28 Days Challenge will receive a symbolic recognition (A diploma that will be sent by ) thanking and recognizing their commitment to impact their dog s life positively. Article 6. The participants that want their dog to participate need to make sure that their dog is feeding exclusively with PURINA ONE products during the challenge. It is important that the dogs with sensitive stomach need to make a proper transition from their actual food to PURINA ONE in order to carry out the challenge. Within a period of 7 to 10 days you should begin to gradually replace its actual food with PURINA ONE until

3 reaching the 100% of PURINA ONE in the last day. You need to validate that you are providing the appropriate portion/amount of food in accordance with the size and age of your dog in order to ensure the adequate nutrition for its health. You can consult the products section of the website in The participant must ensure that the pet will be healthy in order to see the benefits of the product. If the dog suffers any medical condition or special nutritional requirements, please consult with its veterinary doctor. Conditions: Only the participants that have concluded the Challenge and have complied with what was established in this Regulation will receive a symbolic recognition (A diploma that will be sent by ) thanking and recognizing their commitment to impact their dog s life positively. Article 8. Involuntary Suspension: THE SPONSOR will stop the Challenge immediately, without assuming responsibility, if scams such as alterations, imitations, reprints, replacements or any other irregularity are detected. In the case of situations of force majeure that result on the economic damage of THE SPONSOR, the challenge may also be suspended immediately. According to the situation, this suspension will be made public, but if the economic damage is severe, the suspension will begin from the moment the SPONSOR adopts the measures. THE SPONSOR will be able to evaluate if this suspension will operate temporarily or permanently, his/her responsibility will only be to communicate through a post in mass media communication. If this was the case, the participants will not be able to claim any type of damage or prejudice. Every time the Challenge Procedures are developed through a third party website, the participants accept that the challenge may be cancelled by such third party, with no responsibility on behalf of THE SPONSOR. Article 9. Use of image: THE SPONSOR may post the pets that are participating by using a mass media communication advertisement. The participants authorize, from the moment they join, that the name and photo of the dog may appear at any moment and without any restrictions in publications, more advertising media, or in any outreach material in general. All of that without implying additional remuneration or compensation, or claims for image rights. Article 10. Privacy Notice: Every participant, by the simple fact of providing his/her personal information, accepts the following notice: The personal information that the individual concerned may provide to THE SPONSOR shall have direct relation with his/her participation in the PURINA ONE 28 Days Challenge. The short-term nature of the handling of personal information will be indefinite as of the date in which the information has been provided to THE SPONSOR. Once the personal information is delivered to THE SPONSOR, they will be kept in different safe means allowed by technology, and whose access will be limited to natural and/or moral persons with whom THE SPONSOR has any legal relationship, it being understood that such information may be transferred to third parties, with the purpose of carrying out the challenge. THE SPONSOR has the safety measures he considers appropriate to protect the use of personal information from unauthorized third parties. In case of requirements by any authority, the personal information may be at their disposition, in favor of strict compliance with the Law.

4 Article 11. Participation Restrictions: Only the products referred to in Artcile 4 will participate. Article 12. Article 13. Applicable Law and Interpretation: No person will be able to interpret or to modify the actual challenge without prior expressed authorization made by THE SPONSOR, so that when any matter regarding the challenge arises and it is not contained in the present regulation, it will be directly solved by THE SPONSOR.
