1 ENGLISH TOY TERRIER CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW 4 /11/17 The critiques I felt it a great privilege to be able judge at this Club show and enjoyed the day immensely. I would like to thank the hard working Committee and their helpers for making it possible. But mainly I would like to thank all the exhibitors both for the quality of their stock and the warm friendly atmosphere they created. Stephen Bardwell Minor Puppy Dog 1 Wood s Moretonia Easter Parade Pleasing outline good length and arch to neck nice depth to rib cage and some shape to topline good tail and very alert. Well set ears and strong muzzle, rich colours and fair markings. Moved well coming and going and pleasing action in profile. 2 Snell Moretonia Easter Bunny A little larger than 1 st with good depth of colour and quality coat. Good for neck, croup and tail but a little flatter in topline than 1 st. Pleasing length and strength to head with well set ears and positive action on the move. 3 Nowell s Lasagesse Major Tom Puppy Dog 1 Dixon s Witchstone Standing Rock at Lasagesse Well made dog with good neck, nicely made front, fair topline and markings and good rich colours. Good length to head and quite good in eye and ear set. Moved strongly going away and quite well coming and in profile. 2 Wilson s Pemmarlam Mr DJ By Amalek Lovely head and expression with keen eye and good ear set. Dense coat and rich colours but lacked some marking. Not as strong in front pasterns as my winner and hence not as impressive on the move. Junior Dog 1 Perry s Neerodan Just the Ticket Pleasing head with good length and muzzle, shapely ear and keen eye Nice arch to neck and good underline and tuck up. Dense coat with bar markings. Moved well in profile and quite well coming and going.

2 2 Warren s Neerodan Just in Time Nice dog, well made in body with good rib and hind angulation. Long head with well set ears but not quite the filling under eye of my 1 st. Nice coat and thumb prints and very alert but a little high in front action. Graduate Dog 1 Donaghy s Witchstone Pray you Can Catch Me Youngster with a plush coat, rich colours, bar prints and penciling, good arch to neck, some shape to topline an nice tail. Pleasing length to head with strength to muzzle and good eye and ear set. Had a good profile on the move and went quite well coming and going. 2 Allsop s Pelugias Frogging Aroand at Jalatemmes Nice and compact with well arched neck. Good coat and colour with fair markings. Alert expression and fair eye but not quite the strength to muzzle of 1 st. Positive on the move but not as low in front action as I would like. Post Graduate Dog 1 Thalcyon Springtime Storm Athletic, alert dog with good length to head, strength to muzzle and flat topskull, good length to neck,width of rib and fall to croup, but a little flat in topline Good rich colours with bar prints and penciling and moved quite well coming, going and in profile 2 Allsop s Royomas Living the Dream at Pelugias Pleasing shape to topline with rise to loin and fall of croup, and good for width and depth of rib. Good coat quality and moved quite well but not matching 1 st for ear set, tan or markings today. 3 Perry s Neerodan Top Notch Limit Dog 1 Allsop s Pelugias All Fired up Compact dog with rich colours, good length and strength to head, pleasing eye and ears and bar prints. Good depth and width of rib and well muscled. Moved quite well coming and going with a very nice side action in profile. 2 Inch s Edalene Grace and Danger Pleasing overall build with good arch to neck and good turn of stifle. Fair colours and markings, he moved quite well if a little high in front. Pleasing topskull and muzzle but not quite as well set in ear as 1 st. Open Dog 1 Francis & Blatchord s Ch Witchstone Not Apache On Me Athletic dog with well arched long neck, good flow into shapely topline and fall of croup, along with good rib cage and curves to underline. Pleasing expression with length and strength to head, well set ears and keen eye.

3 Quality coat with good colours and markings he moved with a typical long reaching side gait and was accurate coming and going. CC 2 Forsythe & Milkins Witchstone Tommy Hawk at Richpin Impressive, smart dog with plush coat and rich, well marked colours. Good compact build with pleasing rib cage and balanced angulation but not as shapley in topline as 1 st. Moved well coming and going and pleasing action side gait. Good length and strength to head with shapely ears and keen eye. Res CC 3 Thorne s Ch Moretonia Chrystal Chip at Winklefred Veteran Dog 1 Burgess, Browne & Ensor s Ch Thalcyon Have You Ever with Dobrugh Compactly made dog with nice rib cage and very pleasing top and underlines. Good length to head with keen eye and pleasing size of ear giving a good expression. Moved out well with a very good profile going round. BV Minor Puppy Bitch 1 Leslie s Moretonia Easter Chick Gleaming coat with rich colours, arched neck and nice depth to rib cage. good fall of croup and turn of stifle.pleasing length of head, small eye and keen expression. A bit untidy on the move coming and going as yet but very good reach and action in profile. 2 Owen & Roberts Indizak Emily Bronte at Kaffion Promising baby with nice size of eye, well set ears ears and pleasing expression. Quite good coat and colours and compact outline overall. A little high in front action as yet. 3 Owens Indizac Charlotte Bronte at Russiatree Puppy Bitch 1 Witchstone Minnehaha Quality bitch with elegant outline and richly coloured sleek coat. Pleasing flow from arched neck into shapely topline and good rib cage and cut up. Good strength to feminine head with nice size of eye and well set ears. Moved well coming and going and kept a correctly low action in profile BP 2 Silvanesti s Tiny Dancer Pleasing neck and shapely topline with fair coat and signs of markings. Moved well coming and going but a little high stepping in profile. Good length and nicely shaped ears, but a little large 3 Indizac Charlotte Bronte at Russiatree

4 Junior Bitch 1 Wine s Pelugias Light My Fire By Etruria Smart and compact with good shape to top and underlines, good rib cage and body, sleek coat with rich colours and bar markings. Nice length to head, strength to muzzle and pleasing eye and expression. Moved away strongly and a nice action in profile 2 Inch s Edalene Never Let Me Go Elegant bitch with good shape through body and arched neck.. Good length to head with nice eye and ear set. Moved well in profile but a little untidy coming and going. Coat and colour were fine but not matching 1 st for markings 3 Harman s Boimans Great Expectations Novice Bitch 1 Love s Witchstone Halo Good dense coat and fair markings, pleasing strength of head with almond eye and good ear set. Good depth and width to rib and nice bone. Moved quite well coming and going and with a good side action in profile. 2 Owen & Roberts Indizak Emily Bronte at Kaffion Graduate Bitch 1 Francis & Blatchford s Witchstone Queen of Wands for Peopleton Lovely bitch with dense coat, rich colours and bar markings. Good length to arched neck good underline and impressive topline. Good length to head with good eye and strength to muzzle. Moved well coming and going and kept a good shape in profile. 2 Snell s Moretonia Chrystal Charm Good compact outline and nice turn of stifle. Good flat top skull with well set ears and strong muzzle. Nicely positive in side action and accurate going away. 3 Haffenden s Moretonia Wicked In Oz at Nasabe Post Grad 1 Inch s Hollybirch Mystic Meg at Edalane Compact, sleek bitch with very good flow to top and underlines and fair coat and markings. Good length and strength to feminine head with small keen expressive eye. Kept her profile well on the move going round and quite tidy going and coming. 2 Allsop s Pelugias Eternal Flame Lovely bitch with nice build and good head and expression, better ear set than my winner but not matching her topline. Good coat and rich colours with bar markings. Moved well for the most part but rather inconsistent in profile. 3 Nowell s Njabulo Jakayla

5 Limit Bitch 1 Leslie s Moretonia Whisper In Oz Elegant and sleek with nicely arched neck, and good top and under lines. Nice length to head with good flat top skull fair eyes and good ear shape. Looked good on the move going round and good coat and colour with bar markings. 2 Allsops Pelugias Prima Belladonna Good bitch with a pleasing topline and tuck up but I preferred 1 st s front pasterns. Feminine expression with pleasing eyes and nice length and strength to head with good ear shape. Good coat and fair markings and moved quite well in profile 3 Gibson- Davies Pawline Penelope Open Bitch 1 Williams & Burgess & Browne Ch Sharex Burning Love for Dobrugh Compact and elegant with pleasing top and under lines, well arched long neck with smooth run into shoulders, well made front and well turned stifles. Good coat of fair colours and bar markings. Good strength of head with pleasing expression from almond eyes and very well set, nicely sized ears. Moved very well coming going with pleasing reach and style going round. CC BIS 2 Leonard s Ch Witchstone Cheyenne Falls Top quality elegant bitch who out scored my winner for colours. Very well made throughout with good top and underlines, well arched neck and nice flow from neck to topline but not quite matching that of my winner s. Wedge shaped head with nice length and strength, expressive eyes, good ear set but I preferred the neater ears of my winner. Moved well going and coming and kept an impressive profile going round. Res CC Res BIS 3 English & Masons Ch Witchstone Diamond Queen at Honeywand Veteran Bitch 1 Dickers Neerdan Jazz You Has Compact bitch with good make and shape and nice width of rib. Pleasing expression and neat ears. Good coat and markings and balanced action on the move. 2 English and Mason s Ch Witchstone Third Time Luky At Honeywand Lovely elegant bitch with pleasing head, eye and expression. Nice depth to rib cage giving good tuck up, sound on the move but not matching he reach of my winner. Special Beginners Bitch 1 Love s Witchstone Halo 2 Owen & Robert s Indizak Emily Bronte at Kaffion

6 Brace 1 Dicker s Brace Very similar in type with good compact balanced outlines and good ears and expression. Moved and showed well together. 2 Snell s Brace Nice pair with good heads and outlines, not quite as together as the winners on the move. 3 Allsop s Brace Progeny 1 Ch Randllecarrs Royal Crown at Pelgiuas Stood with an impressive number progeny and had clearly stamped his quality and breed type on them all. 2 Ch Moretonia Bay City Roller JW Clearly passed on his compact well balanced outline and excellent breed type to his fine group of progeny.
