NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS Make Checks payable to Red River North Dog Obedience Club or RRNDOC CANADIAN EXHIBITORS must make fees payable in US Funds TELEPHONE, FAX AND UNSIGNED ENTRIES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. Entries not on official AKC Entry forms and photo copies of entry forms without Agreement and Rules attached are not acceptable. Entries without funds are not a valid entry. Postdated or Returned Checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. There will be a $35 service fee for any returned check. ENTRY FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by act of the Show Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refunds of entry will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, must be considered for the health and safely of dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well-being of dogs, spectators and exhibitors is of paramount importance and in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion no refunds will be made. ENTRY FEES WILL BE REFUNDED for a bitch that comes in season or a dog that is injured after closing date (minus $6.00 per day administration fee) if request is made to the trial Secretary prior to the start of judging. ERRORS ON ENTRY FORMS are the responsibility of the owners and no entry fee will be refunded after published closing date. Dogs may arrive anytime during trial hours prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents are alone responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. ALL DOGS PRESENT MUST BE HELD ON LEASH OR confined in their crates except when being judged or in warm up ring. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Show Committee be asked to leave the show site. In such case no refund will be made. No ex-pens allowed. Crating is in designated areas only. Please keep walkways and aisles clear at all times under the orders of local Fire Marshall. This is a Nonsmoking Building. ALL TROPHIES/PRIZES must be claimed at the show or they become the property of the Show giving Club. CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY: Confirmation and judging program will be ed to the address listed on the official AKC Entry Form. TRANSFERS will be allowed and must be submitted to the trial secretary at least thirty minutes prior to the start of each trial that day. MIXED BREED DOGS that have been listed with AKC Canine Partners may participate provided their listing numbers have been recorded on the entry form. Digital Photographs or videos maybe taken and used by the trial giving club, your attending this event constitutes your permission to use your and /or your dogs images. MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for the loss of, damage to, or death of any dog exhibited, or for the possessions of any participant, whether the result of accident or any other cause. It is expressly understood that every dog at the show is in the care and custody and control of his owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. THIS CLUB DOES AGREE TO ARBITRATE CLAIMS as set forth on the Official AKC Entry form for these events. All dogs must be held on leash or crated at all times except when being judged or in the warm up area. Each handler is responsible for cleaning up after their own dogs. HEALTH NOTICE: Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian s recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. Proof of current rabies vaccinations must be in the possession of the exhibitors or handlers for all dogs at these trials. Mixed Breed dogs entering classes for Agility, Obedience, and Rally trials should mark Breed as All- American Dog/Mixed Breed. Sire and Dam informa on shall remain blank for mixed breed entrants. In considera on of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforemen oned par es, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforemen oned par es harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addi on to designa ng the class, specify the par cular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 2. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the me entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed a er the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registra on cer ficate indica ng that the dog is recorded in his/her name. State on entry form whether transfer applica on has been mailed to the AKC. (For complete rules, refer to Chapter 11, Sec on 3.) 3. Mixed Breed dogs entering classes for Agility, Obedience, and Rally trials should mark Breed as All- American Dog/Mixed Breed. Sire and Dam informa on shall remain blank for mixed breed entrants.
