American Kennel Club Obedience Regulation amended to November 11, If a bitch, entereded in this show, is proven to be in season on the date of the show a refund of the entry fee less $10.00 per class. ALL DOGS Must be on leash or crated at all times except when being judged or in run throughs. Please clean up after your dog. COMMITEE Members are allowed to exhibit and steward at these trials per AKC regulations. Exhibitors are allowed to ring steward at these trials. Run Throughs Obedience and Rally Friday, May 6th, After Check-in Saturday, May 7th, After Judging ends Last dog finishes at 5:45 p.m. Pre-register by returning enclosed form and payment to BKC. $5.00 for 5 Minutes 10 minutes maximum per dog per ring. Entries not on official AKC Entry forms and photo copies of entry forms without Agreement and Rules attached are not acceptable. Entries without funds are not a valid entry Post dated Returned Checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. There will be a $35 service fee for any returned check. ENTRY FEES SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by act of the Show Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refunds of entry will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightening, extreme heat, must be considered for the health and safely of dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well being of dogs, spectators and exhibitors is of paramount importance and in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion no refunds will be made. ENTRY FEES WILL BE REFUNDED for a bitch that comes in season or a dog that is injured after closing date (minus $6.00 per day administration fee) if request is made to the Trial Secretary prior to the start of judging. ERRORS ON ENTRY FORMS are the responsibility of the owners and no entry fee will be refunded after published closing date. Dogs may arrive anytime during trial hours prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents are alone responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. ALL DOGS PRESENT MUST BE HELD ON LEASH OR confined in their crates except when being judged or in warm up ring. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Show Committee be asked to leave the show site. In such case no refund will be made. No ex-pens allowed. Crating in designated areas only. Please keep walkways and aisles clear at all times under the orders of local Fire Marshall. This is a Nonsmoking Building. ALL TROPHIES/PRIZES must be claimed at the show or they become the property of the Show giving Club CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY. Confirmation and judging program will be mailed to the address listed on the official AKC Entry Form. TRANSFERS will be allowed and must be submitted to the trial secretary at least thirty minutes prior to the start of each trial that day. MIXED BREED DOGS that have been listed with AKC Canine Partners may participate provided their listing numbers have been recorded on the entry form. MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for the loss of, damage to, or death of any dog exhibited, or for the possessions of any participant, whether the result of accident or any other cause. It is expressly understood that every dog at the show is in the care and custody and control of his owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. BISMARCK KENNEL CLUB, THE SHOW SECRETARY, the MISSOURI VALLEY 4H COMPLEX, THEIR AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, ETC., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by spectators, exhibitors, handlers, their employees or children, etc., or to any of their dogs or property. Entrants and spectators to this show do so entirely at their own risk. THIS SHOW IS GOVERNED BY THE AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB. Exhibitors should read the AKC agreement on the entry. HEALTH NOTICE: Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian s recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. ROUTES TO SHOW SITE FROM I-94 Take Exit 161 for Bismarck Expy toward Lincoln. Turn left onto E Bismarck Expressway. Turn left onto E Main, stay in right hand lane. No dogs may be left in the building overnight. Crates may be left for the duration of the trials. Building will be locked one hour after the conclusion of the activities and all dogs must be removed at that time.
