All dogs listed with the AKC Canine Partners Program must list All American under breed of dog on the entry form. Entries unsigned or mailed in without both front and back of the official AKC entry form will NOT be accepted. Postdated checks will not be accepted. Please fill out the entry legibly! Make checks or money orders payable to HDTC. Confirmations will be ed. We cannot guarantee on-time arrival of entries sent via Fed Ex or other overnight service. Be sure to check the signature waiver box on your mailing form. Also, we cannot guarantee your entry if you use an on-line service (ie: infdog.com). These services usually mail a couple days before the closing date. The term dog means either dog or bitch. Any exhibitor whose bitch has come in season, or any dog which has occurred an injury, after the closing date may obtain a refund of his entry fee (less $6.00 for administrative expenses per entry) upon presentation of a Veterinarian s certificate to the Show Secretary prior to the start of the trial. NOTE: There will not be any refunds of entries AFTER closing date except for above reason. No refunds on overpayments of $6.00 or less.

Union Centre Blvd. will then turn into Symmes Road. Continue on Symmes for another 2 miles. Arrive at 2720-C Symmes Road - on right hand side. Hamilton Dog Training Club s facility is located inside the building on the left in the back. NOTE: If you went over railroad tracks, you just missed the driveway. NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS (con t) The handler is solely responsible for having the dog at ringside when scheduled. Judges are not required to wait for any dog holding up a class. Dogs need be at the trial only at scheduled time of judging and may leave immediately after, unless required for further judging. If, because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of HDTC, it is impossible to open or to complete the trial, no refund of entry will be made. HDTC will not be responsible for loss or damage to property while on show site. No entry will be accepted which carries any conditions regarding its acceptance. HDTC will not be responsible for errors made on entries. Please double check entry prior to sending. Owners are responsible for errors. No entry fee will be refunded in the event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. Entries received without fees will not be accepted. Unsigned checks and returned checks do not constitute payment of fees. Recording Fees will be required for each dog entered at any licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial, Rally Trial, or Tracking Test. This fee is to be collected by the show giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. There will be an AKC Service Fee of 3.00 and an AKC Recording Fee of $0.50 per entry in the Obedience Trial. There will be an AKC Recording Fee of $3.50 per 1st entry in the Rally Trial, plus $3.00 per all additional entries. If a dog is entered in more than one class, the fee is collected on all classes the dog is entered in, excluding non-regular classes. THERE IS A PHONE ON THE PREMISES FOR EMERGENCIES. All dogs must be kept on leash or crated at all times, except as allowed in the Show Ring. NO FLEXI LEADS ALLOWED INSIDE SHOW SITE. The ring surface is thick matting at HDTC s training facility. The Show Site will open one hour prior to the start of the event, and will close one hour after the event. Limited crating will be available. Crating will only be allowed in areas marked. Water is available at the Show Site. Please keep aisles clear. Lunch may be available for a donation on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. There are numerous fast-food restaurants near the Show Site. PARKING HDTC training facility is located in the back. There should be plenty of parking. Please do NOT block any garage doors. A photographer will be on site. Transfers will be allowed for these trials. All transfers will run at the end of their class, jump height. Transfers must be received at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each trial.
