Dogs entered in this class would be entered in both Rally Advance B and Rally Excellent B, and the combined entry fee for these two classes must be paid. Once the limit has been reached in either the Rally Advance or the Rally Excellent class, the Rally Advance Excellent class will be considered close and any subsequent entries for this class will be unacceptable in their entirety. Rally Champion (RACH) Class: Dogs entered in this class would be entered in Rally Advanced B, Rally Excellent B and Rally Master class. The combined entry fee for these three classes must be paid. If due to entry limits an exhibitor cannot be entered in the Rally Advanced B, Rally Excellent B and Rally Master classes the Rally Champion class will be considered closed and any subsequent entries for this class will be unacceptable in their entirety. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE LEGIBLE, SIGNED AND HAVE A JUMP HEIGHT, if entered in classes that uses jumps or it will be refused. Jump height order will ascend on Saturday and descend on Sunday. Electronic correspondence will be used to send your entry information and judging program. Please supply your correct address. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the particular variety you are entering, i.e. Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB, parti-color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in., over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard). 2. (Event Class) Consult the classification in the premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e. A or B division. 3. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for the event closed. 11 Notice to Exhibitors Entries close at Noon on June 20, 2018 Fax, or unsigned entries cannot be accepted. Entries not on an Official AKC Entry Form or photocopy of an entry form without the Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the official AKC entry form are not valid. Express Mail entries must be clearly marked. NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Entries will be returned to sender if no one is present to sign for receipt of the express mail. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE LEGIBLE AND FILLED OUT COMPLETELY, MUST INCLUDE AKC AGREEMENT PAGE AND JUMP HEIGHT IF ENTERED IN A CLASS THAT HAS JUMPS OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ENTRIES ARE LIMITED and will be taken on first come first served basis, (so get your entries in early). Crating Area is limited, X-pens and personal floor mats will not be permitted at the trial site. If needed upstairs crating will be made available. Exhibitor s chair s will only be allowed if space permits. Crate setup can begin one hour before the start of the trial. Fire aisles MUST be kept clear at all times. No unentered dogs are permitted or allowed on the site. No Strollers of any kind due to aisle space in building. Dogs should be present at least one half hour before they are to be judged. The owner or handler is solely responsible for having their dog at ringside when it is due in the ring. Dog not required for further judging may be excused. 2- Day Trial Catalogs in hard copy will be available on the day of the trial for $5.00 per catalog. Food concession will be on the premises.

12 REMINDER RALLY Entries Fees: Includes $3.50 for AKC event recording fee for the first entry and a $3.00 event service fee for each additional entry of the same dog each day. Entry fees are $26.00 for the first entry each day regular class and $19.00 for each additional entry of the same dog, same day (AKC Dog Show Rules Chapter 11, Section 2). ENTRY FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN THE EVENT A DOG IS ABSENT, DISQUALIFIED, OR EXCUSED BY THE JUDGE OR VETERINARIAN, OR BARRED FROM COMPETITION BY THE TRIAL COMMITTEE. IF RIOTS, CIVIL DISTURBANCES, OR OTHER ACTS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE CLUB MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN OR COMPLETE THE TRIAL, NO REFUND OF ENTRY FEES WILL BE GRANTED. 13 Directions to the Trial Site From I-4: Take Exit 27 (Polk County Parkway Highway 570) to the first exit (Airport Road) approximately three miles. Turn right onto Airport Road, go to the second light (Drane Field Road) and turn left. Then stay on Drane Field Road to Century Boulevard, which will be the second street on the left (across from the firehouse station). Turn into the industrial complex, then use the third driveway on the left. The IPOC building is straight ahead. From Highway 60: Take Highway 60 to County Line Road. Go approximately 5 miles to Drane Field Road and turn right. Travel approximately three miles to Century Boulevard and turn left. Then follow the directions above. RV Parking: 5 slots on site (4 with 30 amps/water + 1 with 110/20 amps/water) for $20.00/night. NO FOOD WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE RINGS. Toys, Training equipment and props are okay. Practice runs will be limited to 10 minutes by timers for Novice, Advance, Excellent. Rings have a full complement of Rally Signs and equipment. No back to back runs with the same dog if others are waiting, please alternate with other handlers. IPOC will not provide judges or stewards for this event, but handlers are encouraged to work together. You may set up and leave your chairs and crates for the trial weekend. (IPOC is not responsible for equipment left in the building but the building will be locked each night.)
