Group walks are a minimum of 1 hour in the park plus the travel time to and from. Up to 6 dogs per Pack. Pick-up and drop-off included. Walk fees adjusted weekly based on use. Home Visits Rates/dog/visit. Visits are 30 minutes and include feeding, relief-walk, and medication administration. 3 Boarding & Doggie Day Care Service cancellations must be received more than 24 hours in advance to avoid a Late Cancellation Fee. If a service cancellation has not been received and we arrive for the service the full service fee is charged. See Auxillary Fees for details. The minimum stay during Christmas/New Years and March Break holiday periods is 7 nights. To inquire about these dates please contact the office. Service cancellations for these periods must be received more than 7 days in advance or the full service fee is charged. If a service cancellation has not been received and we arrive for the service the full service fee is charged. Holiday periods include long weekends from Friday to Monday. Designated service area covers Leslie to Dufferin and Bloor to Sheppard. Please refer to Pet Taxi section for pick-ups and drop-offs outside the designated service area. Please note there is a Pet Taxi fee for services that occur after business hours including during weekends. Home Away From Home Rates/dog/night. Up to 24 hours. 5 Spaw and Grooming Services Service cancellations must be received before 6:00pm the day prior to avoid a Late Cancellation Fee. Any grooming service cancelled the day of will be subject to 25% of the fee of the groom if the spot cannot be filled. Service requests are subject to availability and must be received before 6:00pm the night prior. Bath & Blowdry Includes bathing, blowout, nail clipping and ear cleaning. Prices vary according to dog size, breed and coat condition. Bath & Tidy Includes bathing, blowout, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and trimming around eyes, paws and sanitary areas. Prices vary according to dog size, breed and coat condition. The Works Includes bathing, blowdry, nail clipping, ear cleaning and full hair cut, hand scissoring, or shave, based on client preference. Prices vary according to dog size, breed and coat condition. Doggie Hygiene Additional costs may be incurred if more than one person is required. Grooming Day Care Let your dog socialize with our daycare guests before and/or after his/her groom. Grooming Pet Taxi Our Spaw valet service will pick-up and drop-off your dog before and after his/her groom if located within The Bark Zone s service area. Nail Clipping Ear Cleaning $20 $20 $5 base rate + $2.50/km each way, calculated from your home to our grooming salon. Minimum rate of each way.

7 Auxiliary Fee & Disclaimer Auxiliary Fees Rates/dog/service. First Time Late Cancellation Fee is $10. For Subsequent Late Cancellation Fees The Full service fee will be charged The Bark Zone accepts cash, cheque (made payable to The Bark Zone Inc.) or transfer (to or credit card via the client portal. Credit card payments include an additional convenience fee of 2.9% + $0.30 for regular clients. Occasional clients pay a convenience fee of 3.5% + $0.30. Occasional clients must inform The Bark Zone of method of payment upon booking services. You will be billed according to the services outlined in the preceding pages. You will be responsible for any NSF charges plus an administration fee. A late fee will be applied to overdue accounts each week an account is left unpaid. Accounts are due the 14th of each month. The Bark Zone provides services regardless of weather conditions. In cases of extreme weather, walks will still take place; however the length of walk may be adjusted for the safety of your pet. The Bark Zone requires all dogs be vaccinated and on flea and heartworm prevention programs. Proof of this must be provided to The Bark Zone on an annual basis. The Bark Zone requires all dogs to wear current and valid vaccination tag and city registration tags. If a dog is not wearing the required city tags you will be responsible for any tickets The Bark Zone receives plus an administration fee. The Bark Zone requires a no-cost legal parking space be provided at or within close proximity (30 meters) of your home. If parking is not available you will be billed accordingly for any and all parking fees/infractions while The Bark Zone is in the process of servicing your pet.
