The All-Aboard All-Breed show will provide a fun & competitive environment with an excellent opportunity to show off your Equestrian skills! We welcome people of all ages and All the Breeds with four legs to this fun filled weekend you may even include your dog providing they are on a leash. All-Aboard All-Breed Show is proud to announce that they will be donating all the proceeds from the Costume Class to...! PLEASE ATTACH A COPY OF YOUR HORSE S COGGINS TO YOUR ENTRY. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO From time to time, events at this facility are taped or produced for live and/or delayed broadcast on national television. All copyrights are reserved under the Federal Copyright Laws of The United States. STALLS Stalls are 10x10 under a tent. Stalls are available on Thursday after 12PM, prior to that week s show. Stall assignments will be on a first come, first serve basis. Feed, hay, and bedding will be available on the show grounds. Bedding may be ordered in advance by completing the advance order form located in this publication. Manure is to be disposed of in designated areas only. NO MANURE IN TRASH CONTAINERS. No stall doors or panels may be removed. ANIMAL WELFARE We require that all horses be treated with kindness, respect and compassion and should never be subject to mistreatment. Owners, trainers, riders and grooms, or their agents must use reasonable care in the handling and treatment of their horses whether owned or placed in their care for competition or for any other purpose. In the event of an acute and serious injury to or illness of a horse on competition grounds when the owner or trainer of the horse or agent of the owner is not present, after reasonable effort to contact that individual has been made, competition management, in consultation with a licensed equine veterinarian, may authorize the provision of emergency veterinary treatment of the horse. If competition management so authorizes treatment under the provisions of this rule, competition management and veterinarian are not liable for any resulting costs, damages, losses, claims or actions arising directly or indirectly from the treatment of the horse. 6

9 DOGS Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a leash or otherwise contained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs behaviors. CHANGES Management reserves the right to change, cancel, or combine classes, alter courses and do all things necessary to compensate for excessive or inadequate entries. CAMPERS/RVS Hook-up costs $100 for the Community Show, to accommodate Thursday arrival through Sunday departure. A single night costs $35 each. Please reserve an RV space in advance using the RV reservation form. Please note that pump-outs are not included. The RV owner may schedule and pay for pump outs personally by contacting AAA Pumping: SHARPS DISPOSAL Sharps containers will be provided in all barns for the disposal of needles and other disposable sharp instruments. ALL items of this nature MUST be disposed of in the provided containers. NO SHARPS are to be disposed of in any receptacle other than the provided sharps container. RESPONSIBILITY Submission of entry to this show constitutes an agreement to the following: Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HIPICO Santa Fe, and Horse Show officials against any claims, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees for the defense thereof, arising from the conduct or management of Exhibitor s business or its use of the premises or from any breach on the part of the Exhibitor of any conditions of this Agreement, or contractors, agents, employees, guests or invitees in or about the premises. In case of any action or proceeding brought against Grand Prix de Santa Fe/HIPICO Santa Fe, and Horse Show management by reason of such claim Exhibitor, upon notice, covenants to defend such action or proceeding by counsel acceptable to owner. Exhibitor is responsible for his/her own property and Grand Prix de Santa Fe/HIPICO Santa Fe and Horse Show Management are not responsible for accidents, fire or theft.
