The information you provide on this form will be entered into our 4HOnline database of county fair judges and used by 4-H staff when they search for individuals to judge specific projects in their counties or regions. If you are (or have recently been) active as a 4-H judge in Minnesota, you are likely already included in the database, in which case you can update your information online instead of filling out this form.
