1 Prospective Puppy Buyer Questionnaire As a breeder, my goal is to place each of my puppies in his or her forever home. Since no two puppies are exactly alike, I would like it for you to fill out this questionnaire as fast as possible so I can see which puppy would fit your house-hold. This questionnaire is also a getto-know you for us, so we can have an idea of where the puppy is going to! There are no right or wrong answers to this questionnaire. The only important thing is that you answer the questions honestly, even if it may seem personal. As long as you are a good person, I m sure you are going to be a good pet owner!!!
