Newsletter May/June 2016 Upcoming Events We will be supporting the entry on Saturday and Sunday, June 11 & 12th, of the Woofstock Circuit in conjunction with the Contra Costa County Kennel Club. Puppy and Veteran Sweeps will be offered. Our Judges for sweeps are Linda Clark on Saturday and Marilyn Rimmer on Sunday. Mark your calendars for July 10, 2016 and make plans to attend our 27th Sanctioned Match (pending AKC approval). Match will be held at Richardson Park in Vallejo. Match fliers will be out in the mail soon. 3 (from the 4/23/16 meeting) BRAGS Donna bragged that: Stephen (GChB. Ch. Karnovanda's Stephen Coldbear won his 4th Best in Specialty at the Central Indiana Siberian Husky Club Specialty on March 26. Coal (Karndovanda's The Coalbear Report) won Best is Sweeps at the Siberian Husky Club of Greater Detroit on March 17. Coal (Karndovanda's The Coalbear Report) won his first point at the Saginaw Valley Kennel Club Show. Kelly bragged that: Selena went Best Opposite Sex at the Sacramento Kennel Club show for a 4pt Grand Champion major and was Group 3 in the NOHS and was Best Opposite Sex today and now needs 1 pt to finish her Grand Championship. Randee bragged that: Sagee finished his Grand Championship. Violett won Select Bitch at the Golden Gate Kennel Club show. Judy bragged that: She has a new 12 week old Maremma Sheepdog puppy. Helen bragged that: Celidh turned 9 years old. Cara graduated from Beginning 1 Obedience and she won Reserve Winner's Bitch at the show today. Kathy bragged that: Scout finished his Rally Advance title at the Rocky Mountain Siberian Husky Club specialty. He is now Talocon's Mountain Explorer CGC CD RA CDX Xena (Xena WP Of The Midnight Sun) won WB/BOW/BOS at the Sacramento KC show on March 17 for a 4 pt major. At the Beehive Cluster in Salt Lake on 5/7 she won WB/BOW/BOB for a 3 point major and on 5/8 won WB/BOS for another 3 point major.
