Make check payable to Youngstown All Breed Training Club, Inc. (YABTC). Canadian exhibitors must have fees payable in US Funds RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Trial Secretary will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. ENTRY FORM MUST BE SIGNED by the owner or the owner's duly authorized agent, otherwise the entry cannot be accepted. Telegraph or telephone entries cannot be accepted. OVERNIGHT deliveries requiring NO signature only. Entries not on official AKC entry forms or photocopies of entry forms without the Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the official AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. A RECORDING FEE OF $.50 is to be collected on the first entry only for each dog, each day. An Event Service fee of $3.00 will be required for each regular class each dog is entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial, Rally Trial or Tracking Test. These Fees are to be collected by the show giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. (AKC Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2). ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by the Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competing by action of the Trial Committee. S MAY ARRIVE ANY TIME PRIOR to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. All dogs present must be held on leash in hand except when being judged. NO ENTRY FEES WILL BE RETURNED if the show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the management. OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. PLEASE TYPE OR PRINT carefully, the information on entry forms to eliminate errors. NO ENTRY SHALL BE MADE and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. NO REFUND ON DUPLICATE ENTRIES. Every effort will be made to find duplicate entries, but if an entry has been processed, no refund will be made. THE TRIAL-GIVING CLUB, THE TRIAL SECRETARY, their agents and employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury, sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property, and further assume no responsibility for injury to children not under the control of their parents or guardians. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF ENTRIES and a judging program will be made as soon as possible after entries close. Should such acknowledgment not be received within a reasonable time, please notify the Show Secretary at or perri@embarqmail.com BITCHES WHO COME IN SEASON after the closing date may have their entry fees refunded less $5.00 per entry upon written certification by a Veterinarian. Notification must be made to the Trial Secretary no later than 10 am the day of the Trial. WHEN THE SAME IS ENTERED in more than one class, only the highest score will be used for the top awards in Trial or top awards of a breed. S NOT REQUIRED FOR FURTHER JUDGING will be excused. Judges are not required to wait for dogs. They will adhere as closely as possible to the judging schedule. The owner or handler of each dog is solely responsible for having it ready at ringside when its class is to be judged. The show giving club has no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. ALL AWARDS MUST BE CLAIMED at the Trial or they become the property of the Youngstown All Breed Training Club, Inc. None will be mailed. ALL S PRESENT MUST BE HELD ON LEASH or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercise ring. All handlers are asked to clean up after their own dog. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians recommendation to assure their dogs have appropriate vaccinations and are free of communicable diseases and internal/external parasites.

The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competiton; Dogs that are Champions of Record and dogs which, according to their owners records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirments for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e. age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner, it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name. State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to A.K.C. (For complete rule, refer to Chapter 11, Section 3). 5. Mixed Breed dogs entering classes for Agility, Obedience, and Rally trials should mark Breed as ALL AMERICAN. Variety, Breeder, Sire, Dam information shall remain blank for mixed breed entrants. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog. Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard). 2. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competiton; Dogs that are Champions of Record and dogs which, according to their owners records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirments for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e. age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner, it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name. Mixed Breed dogs entering classes for Agility, Obedience, and Rally trials should mark Breed as ALL AMERICAN. Variety, Breeder, Sire, Dam information shall remain blank for mixed breed entrants.
