Robyn Israel Aggressive Dog Reporting Refer Regulation Part II Show Section (a) (b) It is the obligation of each owner, exhibitor and handler at a show to take all such steps as may be necessary to ensure that any dog under that person s care or control or for which that person is responsible does not behave in an aggressive manner. It is the obligation of any person at a show who observes a dog behaving in an aggressive manner to report the incident either orally or in writing to a member of the Show Committee as soon as possible after the incident.
