1 RING RENTAL FRIDAY, JANUARY RENTAL AND CRATE SETUP Friday January 5, am - 7pm SOTC is offering ring-rental time to exhibitors on Friday, January 5. Exhibitors will have a chance to come and set up their crates, practice in the rings that they are showing in, and get rid of those nervous jitters. Hours of this event are from 10 am until 7 pm. The cost is $10/12 minutes. There will be sign-up sheets at ringside. Your dog will thank you for the chance to feel more comfortable in the ring on Saturday and Sunday! (Valued at $20.00) Maggie was an avid obedience trainer not only with her German Shepherds, but with all she touched in the sport. She truly loved to train and show in Obedience. This trophy is in her memory EXHIBITORS should follow their veterinarians recommendations to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations. New York State law requires that dogs aged four months and older be vaccinated against rabies. NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS OBEDIENCE ENTRY FEE: $23.00 for each entry in the obedience classes. $15.00 for each additional entry on the same day of the same dog in obedience classes. RALLY ENTRY FEE: $23.00 for each entry in the rally classes. $15.00 for each additional entry on the same day of the same dog in rally classes. A RECORDING FEE will be required for each dog entered at any licensed or member club show, Obedience/Rally trial or Tracking test. This fee is to be collected by the show giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one obedience/rally class in the show, the recording fee is to be collected on each entry. TYPE OR PRINT CAREFULLY the information in entry forms to eliminate errors. CONSULT JUDGING PROGRAM FOR TIME OF JUDGING. DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The trial giving club and the Secretary have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged. CLASS PRIZES will be awarded in the ring to the person showing the dog.
