Entries will be limited based on the maximum number of dogs allowed per hour for each class according to the AKC Obedience Regulations. Entries will be taken in the order received. Entries for classes assigned to a judge will automatically close if the 8-hour limit is reached, even if it is before the trial closing date. Entries not on official AKC entry forms or photocopies of entry forms without the agreement and rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Express mail entries must include the signature waiver allowing them to be left at the secretary s address. Illegible entries will not be processed and will be returned to the exhibitor. If you don t have an address and you would like to know the status of your entry prior to the issuance of the judging schedule upon closing, please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope or postcard along with your entry. Mail and confirmations will be sent to those listing a legible address on the entry form. REFUNDS No refund for duplicate entries. Every effort will be made to find duplicate entries; however, if the entry has been processed, no refund will be made. No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. No entry fee will be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from competition by the action of the Trial Committee. Bitches in Season will not be admitted to the Trial. Any exhibitor with an entered bitch in season on the Trial date will be refunded the entry fee less $5.00 upon written certification by a veterinarian given to the Trial Secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each trial. MOVE-UPS Request for move-ups must be made in writing and presented to the Trial Secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each trial. Both Obedience and Rally Trial move-ups will be accepted

4 as space permits within entry limits, in accordance with Chapter 1, Section 16 of the Obedience Regulations. 5 NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS The safety of the dog is our primary concern. By entering this match, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the rules and regulations of this sport, and that their dogs are familiar with and able to perform all portions safely. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create an unnecessary disturbance or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the trial committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of any fees paid will be made. The Loyalhanna Agility Club and its agents, employees, etc., will assume no responsibilities for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors or handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children not under the control of their parents or guardians. The Loyalhanna Agility Club reserves the right to decline entries for cause and may remove any dog on account of aggression. No one shall have any recourse or claim against the Loyalhanna Agility Club or any official thereof. All dogs must be on leash at all times when on trial grounds except when in the designated warmup area or competing in the ring. Dogs may arrive any time prior to judging. All dogs not needed for further judging will be excused. Judges are not required to wait for dogs. The Owner of each dog is solely responsible for having it ready at ringside when it is to be judged. The Club has no responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. Extra catalogs will be available at the Trial for $5.00. ADDITIONAL SITE INFORMATION Crating space will be available. The match site requires a tarp to be placed on the floor underneath your crates. Crates may be left overnight; however, the Loyalhanna Agility Club and B&D Creekside Activity Center will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items left at the show site. Food will be available on the site. There are various restaurants and fast food vendors within a very short driving distance. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up after their dog(s). Any exhibitor failing to do so may be excused without benefit of refund if the Trial Committee deems the exhibitor to be in violation of this requirement. Cleaning supplies and disposal sites will be available at various locations around the show grounds. RV PARKING RV parking area is limited. RVs must park in designated area. Reservations must be made in advance. There is no charge for RV parking. Limited number of hookups for motor homes or campers are available for $25/night. Avenue B is a narrow, residential street. No dumping will be permitted. No gasoline or diesel generators are permitted inside any building or within 100 feet of any building on the B&D Creekside Activity Center grounds. 8 INSTRUCTIONS 1. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the particular variety you are entering, i.e., Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB, parti-color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in., over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard). 2. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e, A or B division A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his/her name.
