Shipping is available at the purchaser s expense. Snap Chat This will be the only opportunity to purchase Snap Chat semen in Illinois State Fair Grand Champion Steer 2016 Wisconsin State Fair 2016 Illinois State Fair Champion MaineTainer Heifer Reserve Grand Champion Steer The Snap Chat Story: Snap Chat is a very rare individual and one of the most consistent and exciting sires we have ever known, whether we owned him or not. He creates the same great look and quality every time. When he was born we knew he was something special and we thought we had just raised a great calving-ease sire but, now with two crops on the ground, he has turned into much more than we first thought. From just his first crop after seeing mostly natural service, Snap Chat sired a set of twin bull calves for our great friend Dave Cox, IL. Those two calves went on to be named Grand Champion Steer of the 2016 Illinois State Fair and Reserve Champion Steer of the Wisconsin State Fair. Snap Chat also sired our Champion MaineTainer Female of the Illinois State Fair (she is Lot 1 in this sale) and a multiple jackpot Champion Steer in PA/MD sold by Hanewich Cattle, IN, plus the $9,750 top-selling bull of the 2016 OMAA Sale. Several customers have also reported other excellent results from their calves, mostly from bred female purchases. Snap Chat is a true calving ease sire that does not sacrifice calf quality or value. His dam is a remarkable performer that has produced 4 exceptional natural calves for us. Snap Chat was her first. Her second was a $16,500 heifer that sold to Doug Stork, MI, in our 2015 sale. Her third is CARD Chatterbox that is a featured sire at Martin Livestock, IN. Her fourth is an outstanding bull calf by Pays to Believe. She does not miss. Snap Chat was relatively young in his calf crop and we did not start collecting him until right away since we wanted to turn him out. After that we did not collect him aggressively enough to keep up with customer demand. Now we have a limited supply at best and there will be no way to get ahead of customer demand. For these reasons we have decided to manage our inventory by selling his semen only at auction. Thank you for your understanding, interest, and support. Our 2016 bred heifer lineup is stuffed with some of the best Snap Chat daughters we could offer but likely none will compare to this one in terms of total quality and improvement potential. This elite Angus beauty is the product of one of the most trusted genetic recipes we ve ever discovered. She is the latest and possibly the last edition of a pedigree that has yielded National Champions and elite producers for years. Her full sisters include the $53,000-valued Lot 1 of The Program 2015 to Hartman & Rucksdashel, IA; the $45,000 Lot 3A of The Program 2014 to Pezanoski Farms, IL: our 2013 NJHS Angus Show Division Champion Female; and the 2009 National Western Reserve Champion Angus Female whose son was the Grand Champion Angus Bull of the 2014 North American International. A full brother to this heifer was the top-selling bull of his crop for us, and this impeccable beauty is the next to carry the torch of elite quality from this extremely limited line. We ve tried a million combinations over the years but this pedigree is the most consistent we have found when it comes to covering all of the important fundamentals with elite style. We kept half of her full sister a year ago or this special heifer would never leave the farm. CARD Estella 28B CARD Estella 52B Lut x Estella Lut x Estella 5818
