5 Program Guidelines Terms All OTM orders should be sent to Ship dates are 0 business days from date of clean release. All orders received after 3:30pm EST will be processed the next business day and will receive an ESD from that date. Orders with both OTM product and non-otm products will default to the longest lead-time item. If the OTM products are required in 0 days, then these products must be released on a separate order. If an order exceeds the product specification sheet quantity, then the following shall apply: - If less than or equal to times maximum OTM quantity, the order will be split into two delivery dates. The first will go in 0 days followed by the second in 5 days. - If the order is more than times maximum OTM quantity, then said order would not qualify as an OTM order. Change orders of any kind will affect lead times. Cancellation after release will result in a 50% restocking fee.
