If an exhibitor has previously had a check for entries returned by our bank for Non-Sufficient Funds, the exhibitor will be required to pay entry fees by cashier s check or money order. Payment must be received by the entry closing date. The entry will not be accepted until the payment is received. Any check for entries returned by our bank for Non-Sufficient Funds, Will be charged a $35 fee. NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SIGNED. Unsigned entries cannot be accepted. Entries not on an official entry and/or photocopies of entry forms without the Agreement and Rules printed on the reverse of the Official AKC entry form are UNACCEPTABLE. ENTRY FEES - RALLY. Regular classes $26 per dog, per trial for the first entry, $19 for each additional entry of the same dog per trial. Team Rally $37 per team. This includes a $3.50 recording fee for each dog entered, collected by the Show giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. ENTRY FEES OBEDIENCE. Regular/Optional Titling classes $26 per dog, per day for the first entry, $19 for each additional entry of the same dog per day. This includes a $0.50 recording fee for first entry only and $3.00 AKC Event Service fee for each dog entered, collected by the Show giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. MAIL ALL ENTRIES WITH FEES TO: Terry Swanson, Trial Secretary, 2166 Hunter Drive, Lapeer, MI Entries received without fees, will not be accepted. Entries overnight or Express Mail or other similar services should be designated No Signature Required. ENTRIES WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED after the closing date with a judging program. Should such acknowledgement not be received by the exhibitor within a reasonable amount of time, please notify the Trial Secretary. NO ENTRY SHALL BE MADE and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions of acceptance. ENTRY FEES SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by actions of the Show Committee. If because of riot, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the club it is impossible to open or complete the trial, no refund of entry fee will be made. No refund for bitches in season without letter from veterinarian. BITCHES IN SEASON will be refunded the entry fee less $10 per trial. Written certification from a veterinarian on their official letterhead must be in the hands of the trial secretary at least ½ hour prior to the start of that day(s) event EXHIBITORS MUST BE GOVERNED BY ANY RULES OR REGULATIONS of civil authorities and/or building or location restrictions. POST-DATED CHECKS AND/OR RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry. The Club will add a $35 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitor may result in their being put on a Cash Only basis. ERRORS ON ENTRY BLANKS. Owners are responsible for errors in making out an entry form, whoever makes such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in the event such errors or cancellations of entries after the published closing date. Please type or print carefully the information on the entry forms. NO PRACTICING WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE RINGS AT ANY TIME. Dogs may arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging, may be excused. The building will NOT be available the night before the trial. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. The Club is not responsible and is not obligated to furnish any service notifying exhibitors or their agents of class judging. Owners or their agents are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on a leash or confined to their crates except when being judged. CLASS CASH PRIZES WILL BE PAID in the ring to the person showing the dog. ALL TROPHIES, MONEY, PRIZES MUST BE PICKED UP THE DAY OF THE TRIAL. NONE WILL BE MAILED. COMPANION DOG TRAINING CLUB OF FLINT, MI, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE TROPHIES OR PRIZES OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE. THE CLUB WILL EXERCISE EVERY PRECAUTION FOR THE SAFETY OF THE DOGS exhibited, but it is understood that neither the Club nor WLK Group, LLC will be responsible for the loss of or damage to, or any other damage caused by or to any dog from any cause. ANYONE IN NEED OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS OR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS should contact the Trial Chairperson by telephone or in writing in advance of the trial. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians recommendations to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. Michigan requires an official interstate health certificate or official certificate of veterinary inspection. Also a Rabies vaccination by a licensed veterinarian within one year/three years (according to vaccine label directions). Certificate is valid for 30 days from date of examination. Airline certificates are valid for 30 days from date of examination.

A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for a event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner, it must be entered in the name of the new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his/her name.
