2 Dear Potential Sponsor/Partner, We hope you will join us for our second annual Triad Dog Games event. For 2015 we are expanding to Forsyth County s well-known Tanglewood Park in Clemmons, NC. Triad Dog Games is a fundraising and outreach opportunity for The Sergei Foundation, Inc., a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to save companion pets lives by providing veterinary financial assistance to families unable to afford emergency, life-saving care... Because They re Family Event Photos WHAT IS TRIAD DOG GAMES? A high-energy, two-day public event bringing people and their pets together in a family-friendly atmosphere. It showcases dogs running, jumping, diving, and retrieving in a variety of competitions such as agility, disc competitions, races and dock jumping. Triad Dog Games was the first, and continues to be the exclusive, area competition for dock diving/jumping in the Triad. Dock jumping is a fast growing sport for dogs and is very popular in the United States and Canada. Competitions have been featured on ESPN and The Outdoor Channel. This event is not only a draw for competitors, but also for spectators alike.

3 In addition to competitive events, activities such as free training sessions, a dog walk, kids make n take and more will be offered. YOUR SUPPORT EXTENDS BEYOND THE SERGEI FOUNDATION The Sergei Foundation was established in 2009 and, as a small organization, has realized the importance of working collaboratively with other animal welfare non-profit groups. We all help our communities and the animals better when we work efficiently and effectively together versus separtely. The Sergei Foundation will be offering complimentary adoption fair space for triad-area rescue groups or shelters to help them in adoptions that weekend! In 2014, we had eleven shelters/rescue sign up and several adoptions/applications. These included: AARF, Forsyth County Animal Control/Shelter, Forsyth County Humane Society, Humane Society of Davie County, Lab Rescue of NC, Red Dog Farm, Second Chance Rescue, SPCA of the Triad, Stepping Stones Canine Rescue and Triad Golden Retriever Rescue. It is your sponsorship/partnership that will allow us to cover the cost of this event and create this opportunity for pet adoptions. We think it is important for you to know about this collaboration and that you are helping more than just our organization from your support.

This application, when signed by both parties, is an agreement between The Sergei Foundation and the listed sponsor/vendor. This application becomes the property of The Sergei Foundation and will be held in strict confidence. The Sergei Foundation reserves the right to decline any application and vendors may be refused based on event sponsorship/industry exclusiveness agreements.
