Once we have your information we will confirm if we can go ahead with your application for one of our dogs. 3. Have a look through our albums of our available dogs, Read the dogs assessment on their album, a member of the team will talk you through these but please remember most of our dogs have no history and minimal information. 4. If we think you and the dog could be a match, we will go ahead with your application. 5. If all is good, we will then place the dog on reserve. At point of reservation we will require a 75 nonrefundable deposit (deposits are non-refundable unless the reserve is cancelled by ANLFLR and at point of adoption the 75 would be deducted from the adoption donation), two forms of ID one of which must be photographic showing your address (i.e. driving licence, utility bill/landlords letter) and if you live in rented accommodation, you will be asked to provide written permission from your landlord or housing authority, confirming that they are happy for you to keep a dog in the property. If you already have a dog/s the permission must state the number of dogs allowed in your property. 6. We will arrange for a home-check to be carried out, please ensure prior to arranging the home-check that your garden is 100% secure as it will fail the home-check if not and the reserve may be removed. All family members and pets MUST be present at the homecheck. 7. Providing the homecheck passes we will contact you to confirm you have passed. We will then you the adoption contract which you will need to print out, sign and then scan back to us. We also require the rest of the adoption fee to be paid as soon as possible. 8. We will then discuss dates you can take your new addition, arrange transport if the dog is not already in the UK and get everything booked and confirmed! Our standard MINIMUM adoption fee is 300 for Romanian dogs & 350 for Tenerife dogs - This fee barley covers the costs involved with bringing the dogs into the country. Transport alone can cost anywhere from depending on the dogs location and drop off location and also our preparation costs which include, Vaccinations, micro-chip, rabies jab, passport, health checks & neutering (if applicable). Dogs adopted in Scotland does have a higher adoption fee due to the extra travelling distance, depending on location in Scotland the prices can vary. Please contact us to see how much extra you will need to pay. Of course, if you are able to donate more this helps us to help more dogs come to the UK. Please note: If you are having your dog come straight to yourself from Romania, You may ha ve to meet the van at a service station or they may be delivered to your home address. This could be at ANY time, you need to be prepared to collect/receive your dog in the middle of the night aswel as during the day. The team will talk you through this however. You must NOT take your dog out for the first 48 hours of their arrival by law, they must remain inside the property. We have a What to expect document also which we will send to you in due-course.

How many hours do you work per day? How many hours does you partner work per day? Does either of your employment involve travelling? Do you have any home services such as Cleaners, Gardeners, Child minders attending the home when you are not in?

Do you understand that ALL dogs which arrive can develop the following behaviour issues Seperation Anxiety - Not Toilet Trained - Possessive of toys/food - Food Aggression Please sign to say you understand these can happen - How would you deal with your rescue dog if the above issues developed? Do you understand that if you need your adopted dog moving, It most likely will NOT happen the same day and it can take us a few days to arrange alternative accomodation for your dog. You may need to transport the dog to their new accomodation also. You will need to ensure you have a safe place to keep your dog until we can move them.
