There will be a 10% administration fee added to the total, when the credit card is processed. 3. Cost of the 2 day seminar is $75.00 per participant. One day only is $50.00 per participant. 4. Canine Fresh Frozen Plasma will provide a source of plasma proteins for debilitated animals with systemic illnesses and for new born puppies. Plasma is given to neonatal puppies at a ratio of 0.25 ml / ounce (birth weight). This gives puppies instant antibodies from Hemopet Blood Donors. Hemopet s donor dogs are healthy animals maintained at the Hemopet facility in an isolated, closed colony environment. Vials are frozen upon arrival and need to remain frozen until they are used. 8. Dr. Anne Greenbank will be on site for Semen Collection all day Saturday and then wrap up our seminar on Sunday when she will educate us on Collection, Storing, Documentation, Shipping, Receiving, Importing and Exporting Semen. There will be lots of opportunity for Q & A.

5 9. Genetic Testing is extensive, we are offering blood and cheek swab testing. See the attached sheets for the tests available, the cost of each test. There will be a 10% discount for additional dogs, per test. Complete litters receive 15% discount. Once we have reached 20 dogs per test, additional discounts will apply. Payment must be by credit card and will be processed (with discounts) after Aug 15 th, Review test order form from each of the companies represented Pick the tests you want Transfer the tests to the short list on the back side of the registration sheet. Double check your list, addition and totals. Reiki is a Japanese technique used to restore order to the body whose vital energy has become unbalanced. Reiki promotes healing by allowing the one who is getting "treated" to draw in the energy needed as an active recipient, giving instant pain relief. It is a great alternative therapy for dogs and people. We are very fortunate to have a Reiki Master on site to give you or your dog hands on healing that will revitalize and refresh. Be sure you jot down the times that will work for you so we can schedule your personal session. 11. Camping is available from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon at a cost of $10.00 per unit. There are a few electrical plug ins available and will be given out on a first come, first serve bases. 12. Roast Beef Dinner will be served on Saturday night, giving us a chance to socialize and relax. As always, we will be serving a continental type breakfast, lunch and snacks thru out the day. Please note if you are vegetarian on your registration sheet, so we can accommodate your dietary requirements. 13. Be sure you add all the fees for a total and sign the registration.
