ADDITIONAL TRIAL REGULATIONS We ask the coo pe ration of ex h i b i tors in helping keep the trial location as clean as possible in order for us to retain the use of this facility for future tests and trials. No refund for duplicate entries. Every effort will be made to find all duplicate entries, but if an entry has been processed, no refund will be made. Ent ries must be re ce i ved at the Trial Se c re t a ry s address by the published closing date to be acceptable, and may not be changed, substituted, corrected, signed, or cancelled after that time except as provided in Chapter 3,section 1,of the General Regulations for Herding Tests and Herding Tri a l s. I n co m p l e te, u n s i g n e d, co n d i t i o n a l, telephone and te l e g raphs or ent ries re c i eved without fees are not acce p t a b l e. Re t u rned checks do not co n s t i t u te a valid ent ry fe e. The Tri a l Secretary will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitor may result in being put on a cash only basis. No ent ry shall be made and no ent ry shall be acce p ted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. Entries must be on the enclosed blank or a reasonable facsimile thereof. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by veterinarian,judge or tester or barred from competition by action of the show committee. If, because of ri o t s, civil disturbance s, or other acts beyond co nt rol of the club, it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund will be made. Dogs must be ready for their classes. Trial judges have the authority to refuse to judge any dog, which does not appear within five minutes of being called for its run.the trial giving club and the Trial Secretary have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. The club may decline any entries for cause and may refuse to recieve or may remove any dog on a c co u nt of disease, viciousness or other ca u s e s, and no one shall have any claim or re co u r s e against the club or any official thereof. Any rules or re g u l ations of civil authori ty must gove rn ex h i b i to r s, building and parking re s t ri c- tions.vehicles parked contrary to regulation will be subject to towing at the owner s expense. Only dogs eligible to be ente red at this Te s t / Trial will be allowed within the Te s t / Trial limits except that testors/judges may use a trained backup dog in settling or controlling the stock.
