3 Entry Fee Schedule Regular Entry - $28.00/dog/class 6-9 puppy, 9-12-puppy and Bred by Exhibitor $15.00/dog/class 4-6 puppy event $10.00 Notice to Exhibitors - Move-ups Conformation dogs which according to their owners records have completed the requirements for a championship after the closing of entries may be transferred from one of the regular classes to Best of Breed, providing this transfer is made to the show secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of any regular conformation judging of that show. Important Notices to Exhibitors A recording fee of $3.50 will be required for each dog entered in any licensed member club show. This recording fee is to be collected by the show-giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the recording fee is to be collected on the first entry only. (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2.) The German Shepherd Dog Club of Central Ohio, Inc. will assume NO responsibility for any personal injury or death of any person, injury or death of any animal, theft, damage, or loss of property either at or on the show grounds. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from competition. Errors on Entry Forms are the sole responsibility of the owners or agents, and no entry fees will be refunded in the event of such errors. Such errors may also be reflected in the Catalog at the show, so please make sure your entry form is clearly legible and complete. Telegraph, telephone & unsigned entries cannot be accepted Entries must be on official AKC Entry Forms. All dogs must be held on a leash or confined to crates except when being judged. Trophies will not be mailed. All awards must be picked up the day of the show before the published closing hour. If because of civil disturbance, riots, extreme weather conditions (including but not limited to tornadoes, snowstorms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, etc.) it is impossible to complete these shows, no refund will be made. Dogs need be at the show only at scheduled time of judging and may leave immediately thereafter, unless required for further judging. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e, age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his/her name.
