3 Additional Information: Fabulous Lunches will be available each day at Test Headquarters for a nominal fee. Dogs are expected to run in numerical order at all stakes. If a conflict arises, it is the responsibility of the Handler to clarify the conflict with the Marshall at each stake. Handlers may be required to handle a replica gun during the Hunt Tests. Gun Safety is considered as part of the test. A Raffle Table will be available Saturday and possibly Sunday with the 50/50 raffle running for both days. Many good items to be had. Please note the use of cell phones is prohibited in the vicinity of the tests. It is the responsibility of the Entrant/Handler to be familiar with the CKC Rules and Regulations for Hunt Tests. As outlined in Section 18.7 of the Hunt Test Rules, It shall be the duty and obligation of the test giving club to see that a Judge, Club Official, Volunteer or any participant at a Hunt Test held under these rules, is not subject to indignities of any kind. Entry Fees Junior - $50.00 Senior - $55.00 Master - $60.00 Other Fees: o A Listing Fee of $9.30 (including HST) must be submitted for any dog without an individual CKC registration number or ERN number. o There will be a $20.00 charge for NSF cheques. NOTE: Separate entry forms must be completed for each test. No entries will be accepted after the closing date. Running order is by random draw. A catalogue and running order list will be provided to entrants on the day of the test. Test Headquarters is at the Cold Creek Welcome Centre. Directions: Cold Creek Conservation Area is located on the East Side of the 11 th Sideroad of King, between Highway 9 and King Road (County Road 11). From Highway 400, take the King City Exit and drive west on King Road, through Nobleton. The 11 th Sideroad is about 3 km west of Nobleton on the right hand (North) side. The Conservation Area is about 4 km North on the right.

4 From Highway 9 the 11 th Sideroad runs South about 10 km east of Hwy 50 and 3 km West of Hwy 27 (Schomberg). There is a signpost for Puck s Farm on Highway 9. The Conservation Area is about 8 km South on the left. From the 401 and 407, take Highway 427 North at the end of which you turn west to the next light which is Highway 50, turn right (North) to Bolton; in Bolton, turn right on to King Road (County Road 11). The 11 th Sideroad is about 7 km on the left. The Conservation Area is about 4 km North on the right. Camping: Albion Hills Conservation Area, Hwy 50, Palgrave, Ontario Phone: (905) km north of Bolton, about 20 minutes from Test Headquarters this is a full service camping area. Dogs allowed, but must be on a leash and not left unattended; not allowed in swimming area. There are many restaurants in both Bolton and Alliston to suit all palates and pocketbooks. Non Member Participation Fee An annual non-member participation fee for awards and titles will be charged to a Canadian non-member of the CKC. The Fee will match the ERN fee. In order to protect the awards/titles earned, the non-member will have a choice either to become a CKC member or to pay the nonmember participation fee. Failure to comply within 30 days of notification will cause all awards and titles to be cancelled. These fees apply only to dogs wholly owned by non-ckc members and are not applicable to CKC members. CANADIAN NATIONAL MASTER RETRIEVER CLUB The York Retriever Field Trial Club is a member in good standing with the Canadian National Master Retriever Club. As of July 1, 2010 only passes at Hunt tests hosted by clubs in good standing of the Canadian National Master Retriever Club are considered in determining eligibility to enter the National Master Hunt Test Stake. Any Master passes will count towards the 2013 Master National Test.
