CONDITIONS OF SALE Dogs to be sold in guineas. Commission 5% plus VAT 50% of the entry fee plus VAT will be refunded upon sale of the dog. Catalogue information is as supplied by the vendor. All dogs will be shown working on the day and no Warranty is given that any dog will give equal Performance for its new owner. All dogs are sold on a Non-returnable basis. 1. If any dog injures a sheep, the owner will be responsible for such damage. Registration documents and transfer forms must be handed to the auctioneers prior to the sale or dogs will be sold as unregistered. At the fall of the hammer the vendor will hand over the dog to the purchaser who will then be responsible for it. Registration Documents Any Dog without the full registration documents at time of sale will be sold as non registered NOTE

3 As of the end of January 2013 it is a requirement that ISDS pups are micro chipped before registration documents are issued. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: VENDORS ARE REQUESTED TO COLLECT LOT NUMBER TICKETS FROM THE OFFICE AND HAND OVER REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS ON ARRIVAL. LOT NUMBERS MUST BE DISPLAYED SO THAT PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS ARE ABLE TO IDENTIFY CATALOGUED DOGS. NOTE. ALL PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS MUST REGISTER WITH THE OFFICE AT THE SALE.
