3 RESERVED OVERNIGHT PARKING 1. Parking will be on a first-come basis. Those wishing to park together must arrive together. There will be no saving of spaces. 3. Overnight parking will be limited. 4. No overnight parking except in overnight parking area. 5. Parking fee is $30.00 per day with a minimum of 2 days. 6. Fees cover entire weekend. No reduction for single night parking. 7. All spaces are 23 feet wide X 40 feet long. If over 40 feet long, it will be $45.00 per day. No power available. 8. No discharging of gray water on premises. 9. Dogs are not allowed outside overnight. 10. No overnight handicap parking is offered. 11. Limited Day of Show Handicap Parking available. 12. No Set-Ups are allowed in Day of Show Parking. 13. All parking is at your own risk. The club and its management assume no responsibility for fires, theft and loss or damage to any rig or its cargo. Overnight/Day of Trials parking is a privilege extended by the Poodle Club of Las Vegas. Any arguments, abusive language, or failure to follow the rules and/or instructions of parking officials may cause withdrawal of all parking privileges without refund of fees and possible discipline by the Trial Committee. Closing date 9:00 P.M., WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2011 at the Trial Secretary s address, after which time entries cannot be accepted, cancelled, or substituted. 2. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, telegraphed, or telephoned entries cannot be accepted. 3. Entrants are responsible for errors on or in their entries. 4. Entries will not be refunded in the event of errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date, nor in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a veterinarian or judge or barred from competition by action of the Trial Committee or because the dog is ineligible to compete due to incorrect entry. 5. Changes or additional information cannot be made or submitted by telephone. Such information must be received in writing prior to closing of entries as published in the Premium List. 6. NO entry will be refunded if the trials cannot open or be completed due to riots, civil unrest, fire, weather, public emergency, Acts of God, act of public enemies including terrorism domestic or international, strikes, work stoppages, or any cause whatsoever beyond the control of the club, trial committee, or trial chairman. 7. Returned checks DO NOT constitute a valid entry fee. The club treasurer will add a collection fee of $25.00 to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitor may result in the exhibitor being placed on a cash only basis. 8. Refunds for cancellations made prior to the closing date will be made after the show is completed. 9. Rally - $3.50 first entry $3.00 additional entry, same dog. JUDGING: 1. This show will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. each day. First dog in the ring at 8:00 A.M. 2. Dogs must be ready for judging, NO provisions will be made for notifying exhibitors or their agents of class judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring. 3. Dogs need be at the show only at scheduled judging times and may leave immediately thereafter unless required for further judging. RULES AND REGULATIONS: 1. Set-ups in designated areas ONLY. The show site is an open area. There will be no tenting provided. Bring shade for your dog. 2. ALL dogs must be on-leash, or kenneled in crates or exercise pens except when being judged. Owners and exhibitors are responsible to make sure that their dogs do not cause a disturbance by nuisance barking or whining. A SHOW COMMITTEE WILL BE CALLED ON ANYONE NOT CLEANING UP AFTER THEIR DOG. 3. The Poodle Club of Las Vegas, Carol Hudd, will not be held liable for any loss, damages, or injuries sustained by any exhibitors, handlers, or any of their property, minor children, and dogs WHATSO- EVER and from any cause. 4. These trials will be governed by the Rules and Regulations of the AKC. Exhibitors accept full responsibility to familiarize themselves with and abide by these rules. Exhibitors also agree to abide by the rules listed on the back of the entry forms. 5. Only entered dogs allowed at this show. 6. Move-ups will be taken in accordance with AKC s Regulations. Obedience and Rally move-ups must be requested 30 minutes prior to start of each trial. 7. The club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 8. All trophies must be claimed the day of the show. None will be mailed. 9. A Dark Green Qualifying Ribbon will be awarded to each dog attaining a Qualifying score.
