2 Entry Cost: $20.00 per run prior to closing date $25.00 day of show entries (or after the closing date) Additional $5 for any changes after the closing date Number of Entries: 200 runs per day Multiple dogs allowed, titling dog must be run first For Exhibition Only entries taken Day of Show entries allowed if there is room Registration Entry and Closing: Entries will be awarded by First Come, first serve basis, of all entries received by the Closing Date February (or when the trial fills), Trial is open now. Steps for Joining USCSS, Registering Dog and Entering this Trial: 1. All competitors must become a member of USCSS, which is free. Competitors may join here: 2. Competitors must then register their dog(s) through the USCSS website. Each registration includes a one-time $25.00 fee. Competitors may register their dogs here: ntsports.com/dog/register 3. When logged into their account on the USCSS website, competitors may then scroll down to the LOCAL EVENTS section, find the trial they are interested in entering and click on the ENTER button. 4. Competitors may then select which dog they are entering and select which Classes and/or Games they are entering. 5. Competitors will then receive a confirmation with details regarding their entry and instructions on how to submit payment for their entry. All payments will be sent directly to the trial host, not USCSS. The confirmation will specify how payment will be made (e.g. via PayPal, mailed check, etc.). Competitors should note that their spot in the trial will only be held once payment is made.

Handler may run multiple dogs, but titling dog must be run first. AWARDS High in Trial rosette High Rescue in Trial rosette High Champion of record rosette Dogs must be entered in a minimum of 4 classes at each trial to be eligible for any HIT awards 1st place overall Above will only be awarded if there are 150 or more runs for the day 1st - 4th place per class All Ribbons must be picked up day of trial. No ribbons will be mailed out. Lunch We will have lunch at approximately noon and will take breaks at the judge s discretion. 4 Information About Gail Fisher s All Dogs Gym & Inn Accessibility- There is handicapped accessibility into the building. Most searches will be inside; however, if an exterior search is offered, the exterior search will be outside on pavement or rough ground. Bathrooms - Located inside with hot and cold water. Collars - Electric collars and flexi leads are not allowed on the property of Gail Fisher s All Dogs Gym & Inn. Only a flat, or martingale collar or leash attached to a dead ring or harness are permitted to be used for searches. You may use a long line. For safety purposes, collars should not have tags on them. Crating - A limited crating area will be provided in the arena near the classes. Reactive dogs - are welcome to participate. The site has plenty of parking and places to walk dogs at a distance of 20 feet or more. Entry inside the building may be tight and owners are expected to be with their leashed dogs at all times. We ask handlers of reactive dogs that they help all participants respectfully recognize their dogs by placing a red bandana on their dog for the day. Full-Service Facility - All Dogs Gym & Inn is a full-service facility. Please note that grooming and boarding customers will be coming in and out of the building throughout the day with their leashed dogs. Please keep yourself and your dogs away from customers who may not be aware of what a red bandana is.

5 Food - No onsite food vendor is available, but a Dunkin Donuts and several restaurants are within a five minute drive. I hereby waive and release All Dogs Inc. dba All Dogs Gym & Inn, its employees, owners and agents from any and all liability of any nature for injury or damage which I or my dog may suffer, including specifically, but without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the action of any dog, and I expressly assume the risk of any such damage or injury while attending any event or function of All Dogs Inc., or while on the grounds or the surrounding area thereto. In consideration of and as inducement to the acceptance of my application for attendance at this event, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Dogs Inc., its employees, owners and agents from any and all claims, or claims by any member of my family or any other person accompanying me to any function of All Dogs Inc., or while on the grounds or the surrounding area thereto as a result of any action by any dog, including my own.
