2 The Application Process will consist of this application, a phone or Skype interview, Home check and/or video walkthrough. In-person visits can be scheduled if you live close enough to meet the dogs. ALL Puppy Applicants MUST Have Northern Breed, German Shepherd Dog, Wolf Lookalike Breed(s), Wolfdog, or Primitive Breed experience. Be able to pick up their puppy in person. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO SHIPPING. We are in Marquette County, Michigan. Consent to a home check by me or a trusted individual, or video submission. Have written consent from landlord or proof of ownership of home. Have a fenced yard with containment being at least 6ft in height. Be willing to administer heartworm and flea and tick preventatives monthly. Be willing to take the puppy to training classes, activity in open breed dog sports is encouraged. Be willing to discuss training, behavior, and socialization with me, and agree to use Positive Reinforcement, Force Free methods ONLY with their puppies for the lifetime of their puppy. Be willing to provide detailed updates on the growth, temperament, and achievements of their puppy throughout the lifetime of their puppy Be willing to sign a ownership contract Co-owners of Potential Breeding puppies must understand that, upon completion of health, temperament, and conformation evaluations, their mature bitch may be required to travel back to me (at MY expense) for breeding use within my kennel's program, and mature dogs may be required to have bitch owners visit their house for stud services.
