Treasurer s Report Everything paid to date. Show Report: Have gutted the #4 trailer to clean and prepare it to be customized as the Tricks & Scent Work equipment trailer. For the shows in Nov, Hospitality will be in building 2 where the Rally ring is. Deb will be stationed in building 3 where the Obedience ring is along with Trophies. Anyone who wants to help set up on Nov 10 th we will be at the site by 6:30 am. Training Report: Next sign up will be Nov 7th, 2018 with classes starting on Nov 14th, This is ONLY a 4 week class and cost will be $ Wendy will do the Beginning Class, Lisa & Kayla the Puppy, Tom Intermediate. Our annual Boo tique will be held Oct 24 th. There will be NO Classes held on Wed Oct 31 st. For the Tuesday evening classes we will hold a costume contest on Oct 30 th. Agility this time Obedience All set for the trials, stewards should arrive by 7:30 am each day. Rally Ditto Tracking We had 2 VST & 2 TDU entries, beautiful day but no passes. Scent Work Next Trial is being set up for Feb 2 nd & 3 rd, 2019 Trick Dog - No new sign ups no new dogs until the new year. Game night will be Oct 30th Volunteer - We have all the stewards we need for the Nov trial. But come out and watch. Treasurer s Report Everything paid to date. Show Report: We need set up/tear down helpers for the Nov trial. Nov 10 th & 11 th. Set at 6:30 am Nov 10 th. Training Report: Next sign up will be Nov 7 th with classes starting on Nov 14 th and ending on Dec 5 th. This is ONLY a 4 week course and will cost $50.00 Our annual BooTique will be on Oct 24 th. Cost is $10.00 per trophy, so if you wanted to sponsor a trophy for each Trail (2 trials on Saturday, 1 on Sunday) it would be a total of $ Please contact Catherine if you want to sign up to be a sponsor. The Awards Banquet is normally held the first or second Saturday in January or February (depending on site availability) and takes the place of the December General Meeting, as there are no classes or meetings in December. It is also meant to recognize the members and their companions who have earned titles and or certificates in the previous year. A medallion will be given to the member/s for each dog they have earned an AKC title/s on. A CGC medallion will be given to members for each dog they have earned a CGC title on. A certificate will be given to the member/s who have earned Non AKC titles on their dog/s. One medallion and or certificate per dog for all titles. Titles /certificates must have been earned in In order to be recognized at the Awards Banquet, you must fill out the Awards Application on the next page. If filling it out by hand, please print clearly.
