Parking is free and has easy access to rings OVERNIGHT PARKING RV Overnight Parking is available at Bates Nut Farm for a fee of $20.00 per night. There are no electrical, water, or sewer hookups. Bates Nut Farm is a dry camping site only. Parking will be on a first come basis. If you wish to park next to a particular party, you must arrive together. Spaces may not be saved. All units must be self-contained. Discharge of grey water or sanitary tanks will not be permitted. Exhibitors are responsible for their parking spaces. NO GENERATORS AFTER 11:00pm - GENERATOR EXHAUST CHIMNEYS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. BEST OF BREED COMPETITION The following categories of dogs may be entered in this competition: Dogs that are Champions of Record. Dogs which according to their owners' records have completed the requirements for a championship but whose championships are unconfirmed. The showing of dogs whose championships are unconfirmed is lim ited to a period of 90 days from the date of show where a dog completed the requirements for a championship according to the owners' records. JUDGES AWARD OF MERIT The Club offers an Award of Merit to deserving Labrador Retrievers for recognition of their quality. It is entirely at the judge s decision whether to give all or none of the available Awards. Award of Merits are selected from the Labrador Retrievers in the Best of Breed Competition, other than the Best of Breed and Best of Opposite Sex winner. The number of Awards is determ ined to be up to 20% of the Best of Breed entry. NON-REGULAR CLASSES INVOLVING MULTIPLE DOG ENTRIES NOTE: As the judge s decision in the Non-Regular Classes involving Multiple Dog Entries is based on the merits of more than one dog or bitch, no one of the dogs or bitches making up the entry judged first in these classes will be eligible to compete for Best of Breed by virtue of having won these classes. *Stud Dog Class - For dogs that have sired two dogs or bitches entered in this show. The award will be based on the merits of the get. The owner of the stud dog need not be the owner of the get. The Stud Dog may be entered separately in one of the regular classes, or if a Champion of Record, in Best of Breed Competition, but MUST be entered in the Stud Dog Class. The Stud Dog must appear in the ring with his get. *Brood Bitch Class Same as for the Stud Dog Class, except substitute Brood Bitch for Stud Dog and Produce for Get. *Chapter 11, Section 8 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows provides that a castrated male may be entered as a Stud Dog in the Stud Dog Class and a spayed bitch may be entered as a Brood Bitch in the Brood Bitch Class. 9 SWEEPSTAKES COMPETITION - BOTH SHOWS Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to all Labrador Retrievers, who, on the day of the show, will be at least six months and under eighteen months of age. Sweepstakes are open to all Labrador Retrievers regardless of prior wins that meet the age requirements. Sweepstake Classes will be judged prior to the regular breed classes. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I (we) agree to abide by the rules and regulations of The American Kennel Club in effect at the time of this event, and any additional rules and regulations appearing in the premium list of this event and entry form and any decision made in accord with them.
