If the tail length is not given on the copy, please add it.we want to make sure in our catalogues that NBT are not mistaken with docked dogs. 3 Behavior on the show ground: Please get the main grooming part done at home and use dirt bags at the showground. Any kind of dirt has to be removed by the creator resp. his owner! Please clean up aker yourselves before you leave! Please keep a 1-2 m distance from the ring, make sure that no parts of your dogs (tails, legs) are in the ring, stop disturbing behavior of your dog/s immediately, don t play with or feed your dog directly at the r ring. We have a photo corner at the show ground and you are of course welcome to take pictures of the dogs in the show ring BUT PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE RING! All dogs (this INCLUDES puppies) have to be on leash while on the showground. If announcements are made, please listen to them and act accordingly. The ring entrance area is NOT for spectators but for the starters of the next class, judges and ring staff ONLY. The sale of dogs on the showground is forbidden Please bring your own adre like poop bags, trash bags, ash trays! Bitches in heat: Are allowed to start, please inform the ring steward that your bitch is in heat; the judge might want to know. Cancella,on during the show: Has to be done in wricng in any case, if you have to cancel your start/s during the show weekend, please report to one of the ring stewards, there is a form that has to be filled in! See Refunds & Junior Showmanship as well. Catalogue: Free of charge for all exhibitors that pre-entered their dogs. All entries that are received uncl pre-entry closing date will be published in the show catalogue (class, start-no, ASCA reg. name of dog, Sire, Dam, date of birth, color, Breeder, Owner) according to the informacon given on the ASCA registracon cercficate. If your dog has accomplished Ctles that are not on the registracon cercficate, please enclose a copy of the confirmacon of these Ctles with your entry form. Only ASCA Ctles will be published. If we have enough catalogues in stock, exhibitors that enter their dogs at show date and everybody interested will get one catalogue for free. Catalogues will not be sent out via lewer post/first mail before or aker the show! Change of class Conforma,on: Have to be reported to the Show Secretary (see cover page) in wricng (lewer or ) before pre-entry closing date! Change of class aker pre-entry closing date is only possible if your dog qualified aker pre-entry closing date at another ASCA sancconed event (e. g. went Winners Dog and is eligible for Best of Breed but you entered him for Open) and this informacon has to be forwarded to the show secretary in wricng too! Change of classes aker pre-entry closing date is with the excepcon given before not possible! Change of dog Conforma,on: It is not possible to replace an originally entered dog with another one aker pre- entry closing date, not either if the class would stay the same. Change of dog - Junior Showmanship: Any Junior may change dogs at a show provided the following criteria are met: A. A. The dog that they are changing to must meet the same eligibility requirements (owned by the junior or an immediate family member). B. B. The change must be made in wricng before entries close or half an hour before judging for Junior Showmanship is to begin,whichever is later. C. C. The junior must report any change to the Show Secretary within the stated Cme limits or the change will not be allowed. Class order: We are enclosing the class order, it is subject to change if necessary!

4 Classes: We will accept entries for all classes given on page 1 of this premium. If you need more informacon, take a look at our homepage ( Veranstaltungskalender, BasisinformaConen (in German) or see ASCA show rules and regulacons. Clipped Whiskers: Clipping whiskers is a violacon against German law; dogs with clipped whiskers are not eligible to start. Clothing: Please make sure that while you are in the ring showing your dog, you are not wearing clothes/caps/belts that could idencfy you or your dog! E. g. shirts with your kennel name or your dog s name on it. Day of show entries: Will be accepted on Thursday from 15:00-17:00 pm for all vour shows. On Friday from 09:00-09:30 am, on Saturday from 7:00-7:30 am. Day of show entries have to be paid cash. If the dog you would like to enter at show date is 6 months or older, please make sure to bring a copy of the ASCA registracon cercficate, add an informacon regarding the tail length if not given on the form. Dogs entered for the first Cme at an ASCCG event that had been docked for medical reasons can be entered on show date only if the vet statement (in German or English, name, address and phone number of the vet, medical reason of docking and date of surgery must be given) is included with the entry form and the copy of the ASCA registracon cercficate. More informacon regarding day of show entries will be published on our clubs homepage ( Veranstaltungskalender approximately 2 weeks aker pre-entry closing date. Day of show entries are only possible at the showground in Freiburg on Friday and/or Saturday; an entry received with a later postmark date than June 21, 2018 is simply an entry received too late. Docked dogs: Dogs whose tails have been docked aker June 1, 1998 are eligible to be entered in Junior Showmanship, they are NOT eligible to be entered for shows (this includes all non-regular classes and Altered and Intact ) since May 1, It does NOT mawer in which country the dog was living when it was docked. If the dog had to be docked because of an injury or such, the dog is eligible to be entered for but it is required that you send a wriwen statement (in German or English!) from the vet who performed the surgery explaining what kind of accident/injury happened and when the surgery was done. Please make sure that the vet s address and phone number are readable. Entry fees: Are due with receipt of your entry but June 24, 2018 (credicng date) the latest! No payment reminders! We will cancel all entries not paid at this date without further nocce! 5 Par,cipa,on: To awend our shows you do not have be a member of ASCA, ASCCG or any other club but we will not accept entries from dogs or handlers disqualified from the ASCA program or a dog or handler disqualified from all ASCA programs or a person not in good standing with ASCA. And: your entries have to be paid by the latest payment date given above, regardless if you are scll waicng for your Aussie to be registered with ASCA. Please note! Show Rules And RegulaCons, June 1, 2015: SECTION 7.6: A Judge shall not pass judgment on: a: Any dog who said judge or a member of his immediate family or household owns, co-owns, bred, co-bred, or has owned or co-owned in the past. b: Any dog who said judge or a member of his immediate family or household has bred to, held under lease, boarded, trained,or instructed in the preceding 12 months. Trained or instructed applies equally to exhibitors who train professionally or as amateurs. c: Any person who has handled for said judge in the conformacon ring more than twice in the preceding 12 months. d: Any person or a member of his immediate family or household who, within the preceding 12 months, has coowned, co-bred,or purchased a dog with said judge. e: Any person or a member of his immediate family or household who worked as an employee or independent contractor of said judge within the preceding 12 months. f: Any person or a member of the immediate family or household who said judge has regularly trained or instructed in thepreceding 12 months. Trained or instructed applies equally to judges who train professionally or as amateurs. SECTION 1.4 THE MEMBERS OF THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY ARE; Husband, Wife, Father, Mother, Son, Daughter, Brother, or Sister, Father in-law, Mother in-law, Son in-law, Daughter in-law, Brother in-law, or Sister in- law. SECTION 1.5 Immediate household to mean those residing within the residence. Refunds Conforma,on & Junior Showmanship: You have to cancel starts in wricng, We will refund 100% if you have to cancel your starts before Pre-entries closing date. Aker this date no refunds possible for any reason. Set-Up tents/pavilions: We are planning to set up the ring and to block the spaces for vendor booths on Thursday around noon. Please wait with your own set-up uncl that is done. Show site: These are outside shows, on grass; the show site is open 24/7. The club house will be open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from approximately 7.00 am uncl one hour aker Intact Best of Breed, during these Cmes, foods and drinks will be available.the toilets are open 24/7. If the club house will be open on Thursday is not yet decided! Start numbers Conforma,on and Junior Showmanship: Can be picked up from 6:30-7:30 am on Friday and Saturday and from am on Sunday at the start numbers booth. If you cannot make it within these Cme spans, please pick them up directly at the ring. Third party insurance: All dogs brought onto the show ground have to be included in third party insurance.

6 Vaccina,ons: Please check before you leave for the shows if your dog vaccinacons are current! Double check if your vet has included the date on which the vaccinacons have to be refreshed in the vaccinacon card/vaccinacon cercficate, some vets tend to forget that they have to include the best before end date! We will check the vaccinacon card/cercficates before we hand out the start numbers. Dogs without vaccinacon cards/cercficates and/or insufficient vaccinacons are not allowed on the showground, this includes visicng dogs! All dogs have to have sufficient vaccinacon against rabies, we recommend vaccinacon against kennel cough, puppies have to be at least three months old when they receive the first rabies vaccinacon; all vaccinacon must be at least 21 days old.puppies younger than three months old (and therefore not vaccinated against rabies): If the mother is with them, she has to have a sufficient vaccinacon against rabies noted in her vaccinacon card/cercficate If the mother is not with them, the puppy itself has to have a vaccinacon card/cercficate that states that the puppy was only kept at home and had no contact to wildlife animals before being brought to the showground! Vendor booths: Please contact Mister Reintges to reserve your space, (president@asccg.de), we will charge 30,00 incl. VAT per day. Vet: Name and contact informacon will be published in the show catalogue and the addiconal informacon you ll receive when picking up your start numbers.
